What I don't understand is why the lobby is decorated so lavishly, only to have the cost recouped from the terrible rooms. Are customers here to stay in the lobby or in their rooms? Seeing all the feedback in the past negative reviews and the hotel's AI-generated responses, I can only say the AI ​​is incredibly effective (not a single issue from the past negative reviews has been fixed). I'm glad there aren't many reputable hotels in Zanda. Honestly, you don't even need Atour or Ji Hotel; just a Home Inn would halve your occupancy rate."
