"Clean hotel, but old and worn out. The elevator was very loud, even though it wasn't close to our room. We stayed here for the rooftop bar and the incredible view from above. The food and cocktails at Isabel Lounge were fantastic. The hotel offers free umbrellas, chairs and towels on the beach. My stay here was 5 days, so I had the opportunity to evaluate the breakfast.I wish there were more variety of products, Hilton is not a cheap hotel at all!"

"Check-in took a long time! The employee who served us is an elderly man, very slow and without any empathy. The employees on the day were more cordial and agile! The hotel is sufficient for those who are only spending one night. Room with moldy walls, rusty bathroom trash can. A man managed to open my door, which was locked with his electronic key, which was from another room (detail: I was wearing panties and a bra) I reported it to reception and nothing was done! Positive points: hotel smell and shower!"

"The best part is the pool, which gets the sun and has a perfect view, and the breakfast that starts at 4 am. The hallways are ugly, the suites are small but functional, and the bathroom is very small. The worst part was the parking, which costs R$90.00 per day and there is no other option. At noon, the reception staff already calls to leave the room. Overall, it was good."

"Bedroom and bathroom with great spacing! Very well located, almost on the corner I came to Av Atlantica, in front of gas station 5. So, you can go for walks with ease. Breakfast is diverse and very tasty. Friendly staff, highly recommend and want to come back!"

"We booked this hotel in Nov at an inflated price of $1500 USD for 4 nights assuming there'd be rooftop access on NYE since the hotel website didn't call out a ticketed event for that night. When we arrived, the staff told us it was in fact a ticketed event for an additional $300 USD. Perhaps our oversight but we scowered the website before booking at such a high price and it wasn't there. The manager was very helpful in accommodating a cancellation if needed, ultimately we were too tired to pack and unpack again and waste another day in transit so we stayed and bought the tickets. Check in is 2pm. We arrived at 1pm and they said they had a room for us. It wasn't ready so we went to the pool where again, service was wonderful. Front desk gave us a tour of 2 rooms to choose from which was great, but then msgd me and said they'd have a diff room ready at 2:30. We went down at 3pm and the room changed yet again and the new room still wasn't ready. We got a room with no apologies at 4pm. The room was standard. Strong cleaning smell but decent. The shower hose didn't stay in place. The shower drain did not work at all - we had to kick the water to the corner each time for it to drain or pools of water stayed until the next day. The sink also didn't drain. The toilet stopped flushing. We had a plate with one chocolate on it from NYE which by the next day was covered in ants. We are very tidy girls and give some grace for older hotels to have some flaws, but the experience for the price we paid made us appreciate the airbnbs we'd stayed at before checking in here. Location is great, gym and pool are great, but not worth the $ for NYE or Carnival."

"Very nice, excellent breakfast, pretty good location. The main problem was that the wifi didn't work at all and the elevator was very noisy and seemed like it would fall down at any moment. Everything else was excellent."

"Close to the pier, the surrounding area is relatively remote, there is no place to eat, it is the city center, it is more convenient to take a taxi to go anywhere, catch up with a Chinese sunset red tour group, quite lively."

Besides, the receptionist Alan is also so nice to introduce what we could enjoy the traditional bbq nearby and where we could have some nice coffee beans. We really had a wonderful travel journey in Rio because of this pleasant hotel. ."

"I was at the hotel for two nights and I didn't like the room because there was a problem closing the balcony door and so there was a lot of noise from the street. Another thing is the towels, which were very old and had a lot of threads coming out, and the breakfast was also weak. For a hotel of this level, I expected a service but it was delivered much lower than expected."
