Wonderful breakfasts and lovely friendly and exceptionally helpful staff. Very Large room with all facilities and comfortable bed. Fabulous views from the hotel. A great place to explore the little villages and terraces. You feel you are on the top of the world.

One of the best hotel at Jabal Akhdar with all the modern amenities and luxury. The hotel has got a beautiful location along with a huge place for the children to play Love the place and will visit again. Room,food is all good. The ambience is superb!

Booked the Royal Family Suite for a vet together with my friends.Good resort with helpful staff. Positive: Location,Cleanliness,food taste Negative: Spa should be there and 24 hours coffee Shop However,our overall rating goes well. We would like to visit again for a bonfire night

This hotel needs so much doing to it. From the shabby room with dirty bathrooms. We booked for two nights and stayed for one and have requested money back for at least the second night. It is such a pity as in years gone by this as rather a nice hotel, clean and well run. Even the food was better.

Lobby/Restaurant Bereich war ungeheizt (Hotel liegt auf 2000 Meter) und die automatische Eingangstür war defekt und stand offen, was die Kälte noch verstärkte. Auch die Zimmer waren kalt, schmutzig (Staubsicht). Einige hatten Lecks im Bad und/oder Schimmel. Die Markisen über dem Eingangsbereich waren allesamt zerfetzt. Fensterdichtungen hingen herab (Siehe Fotos). Der Pool war dreckig und der Spa-Bereich geschlossen. Im Aussenbereich gab es viele kaputte Stühle und die gesamte Anlage wirkte sehr ungepflegt. Der Tropfen, der das Fass zum Überlaufen brachte war dann abends das Restaurant. Kalt wie bei der Ankunft (Man sass in Jacken am Tisch), stellte sich das Essen als genau so kalt wie der Raum heraus. Wir sollten 2 Nächte im Rahmen einer Rundreise hier verbringen, aber wir weigerten uns. Unser Reiseleiter hat uns dann ein Hotel organisiert, das den Namen auch verdiente. Würde 0 Sterne/Punkte geben, wenn es denn ginge.

Resort entspricht in keiner Weise den Bildern und Fotos. Das Resort ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sieht leider sehr ungepflegt aus. Überall sieht man dass kleinere und grössere Reparaturen notwendig wären. Auch hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit mangelt es sehr. Das Abendessen war ein Buffet, bei dem die Speisen leider kalt waren.
