Struttura nuova immersa nel verde delle colline emiliane Bella la piscina e ottimi i 2 ristoranti e il lounge bar Particolare plauso alla gentilezza,professionalità e cortesi di tutto lo staff. Unica nota dolente la manutenzione delle stanze che,seppur belle,spaziose e funzionali,hanno dei piccoli difetti facilmente rimediabili(appendino per accappatoio rotto e non aggiustato,mancanza di zanzariere e frigo bar,al nostro arrivo non abbiamo trovato il nastro di igienizzazione del water e il rotolo della carta igienica non era stato cambiato) Per il resto consigliatissimo

Non ascoltano molto le richieste del cliente. Ho chiamato per prenotare un determinato tavolo che mi è stato confermato con tanto di foto su whatsapp. Arrivata lì, il tavolo non era quello richiesto e il ragazzo mi ha risposto: "eh ma io quello ho". Telefonicamente avevo richiesto le formule economiche che proponevano per fare aperitivo e in cosa cosistessero ma non mi hanno saputo rispondere. Ho specificato che eravamo un gruppo piccolo e che non beviamo molto. Ci portano una caraffa di spritz e 2 bottiglie di prosecco per 6 persone. Arrivate al momento di pagare mi dicono che loro calcolano una bottiglia per ogni 3 persone. E che viene a prescindere se bevi o no 6 euro a persona l'aperitivo. Va bene tutto. Ma perché al telefono questa informazione non mi è stata data? Poca chiarezza. Al di là di questo, aperitivo abbondante, pizza e pinsa molto buone. Location molto bella.

Pratique pour visiter la Toscane
Studio très propre ,mais première impression assez austère, ainsi que l hotel en général, meriterait un petit rafraichissement et un peu plus d 'entretien exterieur( sauf la piscine un peu fleurie) . Dans notre studio en particulier la douche ( bac avec rideau de douche pas très commode)et un peu de decorations serait bienvenue pour le rendre un peu plus chaleureux.Par ailleurs ils manque certaines petites choses( étendoir à linge, cafetière)et le wifi quand il fonctionne est très très lent...sinon le menage est fait chaque jour et le studio etait très propre.
L'emplacemen est parfait pour visiter la toscane et le personnel très agréable.
Grande piscine que nous n'avons pas utilisée mais bien propre et entretenue.

Schöner Ort für die ganze familie
Sehr schöner Ort auch für Familien. Das Frühstück ist typisch italienisch. Neben an ist ein Bistro und im Haus ist ein Restaurant. Der service war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
