Our stay was not the best. Besides the towel request taking forever to fulfill. The room phone didn't work. Had an ant invasion in the room and they got in my husband luggage. Had to switch rooms and the new room had a plumbing issue and water backed up in shower and sink and toilet didn't flush a few times as it should. Dishes for breakfast area were nasty and dirty. Still had food on it.

GREAT STAFF! We were not aware of Savannah'a HUGE St Patrick's Day celebration and arrived to a city overflowing...but everyone was very helpful and made it possible for us to extend our stay. Our room was spacious and well appointed but the AC unit was very noisy and so close to the bed that we froze when it ran. The bed was comfy. The bathroom fixtures were "loose" - needed some simple repairs and the elevator floor has some damaged tiles, but we would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is horrible. When first arrived looking over room went in to rest room and there was a roach on the bathroom wall. Then when going to bed there was sand in the bed hair in the bed also I truly believe the sheets had not been changed’ I will never stay here again . The staff was not great for hospitality and wasn’t friendly. Worst experience I’ve had I can honestly say ever .
