Beautiful well decorated place. Lovely to have water and coffee available. Very nice to have wine and cheese platters HOWEVER, we arrived at 6:35, checked in 6:38 and we were unable to get the wine or cheese. It was literally being packed away as we were checking in. It was so disappointing that they could not salvage a couple of glasses for us. Nice to be able to walk to the river and purchase our drinks.

This hotel is old-school Savannah. It is over 120 years old and because of that you will see some much-needed sprucing up in some of it's beautifully-furnished rooms. However, this is almost part of it's charm. The lobby is beautiful and has live piano music with wine and cheese provided for it's guests weekday afternoons. The location absolutely is definitely it's big draw as you are literally steps from Reynolds Square and right next door to a Savannah institution, The Olde Pink House. Definitely get the BLT salad!

Clean hotel. Traditional feel next to Reynolds Square and The Olde Pink House. Friendly staff. Easy check-in. Parking garage across the street (not complimentary). The hotel offers complimentary coffee, wine, and cheese/crackers in the evenings with a live piano player. Nice ambiance.

We were so glad that we chose to stay here. Great conveniently located hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I loved the inn itself. The staff was so helpful, the room was adorable, they lent us an umbrella to use in the rain BUT its location is next to a parking garage. So from about midnight to 3am, while I was trying to sleep, all I heard was either drag racing in the alley below or people revving engines in the parking garage. So although I liked the inn very much the lack of sleep is hard to get past.

Great location just a few blocks back from waterfront. Our room did have USB sockets in the clock and A/C and water all good. Monday to Friday a lady called Jill plays the piano from 4.30-6.15 ish while free (yes free) wine, cheese, nuts and biscuits are offered. She’s great and does requests. Why the food is served on plastic plates I don’t know but it’s a good way to start your evening.

The location was super convenient and it was a great choice if you want to stay in a more historic/less corporate hotel. The room was comfortable and cozy, and the staff were nice and helpful. The facilities could use some refurbishment but overall I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.
