Beautiful well decorated place. Lovely to have water and coffee available. Very nice to have wine and cheese platters HOWEVER, we arrived at 6:35, checked in 6:38 and we were unable to get the wine or cheese. It was literally being packed away as we were checking in. It was so disappointing that they could not salvage a couple of glasses for us. Nice to be able to walk to the river and purchase our drinks.

I loved the inn itself. The staff was so helpful, the room was adorable, they lent us an umbrella to use in the rain BUT its location is next to a parking garage. So from about midnight to 3am, while I was trying to sleep, all I heard was either drag racing in the alley below or people revving engines in the parking garage. So although I liked the inn very much the lack of sleep is hard to get past.

Great location just a few blocks back from waterfront. Our room did have USB sockets in the clock and A/C and water all good. Monday to Friday a lady called Jill plays the piano from 4.30-6.15 ish while free (yes free) wine, cheese, nuts and biscuits are offered. She’s great and does requests. Why the food is served on plastic plates I don’t know but it’s a good way to start your evening.

Great little boutique hotel to stay in when visiting Savannah. We parked in a near parking garage and walked with our luggage there , not knowing they also had valet parking. The decor is very Victorian which we loved and a touch of modern flair a.k.a air conditioning

Stayed in this hotel in May. A charming hotel, the staff were welcoming and friendly. We were early and fortunately our room was ready, had this not been the case our luggage could have been stored. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and clean. There was wine and cheese in the afternoon, which was complimentary ( we did not stay for this). This is a prime location within easy walking distance of the waterfront. For breakfast we went to Quinns which is right next to the hotel, and had a fabulous breakfast. Would book this hotel again.

Location is key - staff is friendly but that is where it stops - old charm is a fantastic feature to try to keep but the place felt dirty- and the SMELL of musty old basement was awful- the AC is either freezing or hot! No in-between- the bedding was clean and nice robes to use but the rugs are filthy and the walls are all banged up- and just not a comfortable stay at all! Shower pressure was good - I think this place can maintain the old charm but fix all the things that need fixing and that smell is just terrible
