Sleep Inn Savannah Midtown

Stayed this weekend with my family, staff Deon was friendly and welcoming. Rooms was clean and comfortable. Kids enjoyed the pool. Hotel is in midtown a great location to everything not to far from River st or the beach my family I very pleased with our stay will stay again

I was so impressed with the level of service I received both from management and hotel staff! The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was well kept. Staff were very friendly. The manager was very accommodating to the needs of my family. This is a great budget friendly hotel and I would recommend to anyone traveling to the Savannah area. We will definitely stay here again!

Do not make the mistake I did. Stay somewhere else We're currently in room 131, and here's my experience thus far. Plank floors in the room, are super slick due to whatever cleaning agent they're using, either not being rinsed, or misspelled, or something. We're here a week, and they only clean rooms once a week, unless you make a special request. That was not mentioned when we checked in. Towels cannot be switched in rather evening either, as the room they're in, is locked. Breakfast did not have milk, because the milk they had, was two days expired. There's a 4 to 5 inch in diameter hole in the carpet. In the main hall to our room. The room, smells very musty. Taking a shower results in most of the bath floor becoming wet, as the shower curtain will not stay inside the edge of the stand up shower area. I purchased a sheet to go over the couch, as it's worn to the point, I don't feel it's clean enough to sit on. The mattress on the hide a bed, is stained enough that I definitely wouldn't use it. Believe me, I could continue this thread, for many more sentences. I've probably stayed in 100 motels/hotels in my life, and this one is in the bottom 10. I absolutely do not recommend staying here.

Great customer service made for a pleasant stay. The best part of our stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of the attendant who checked us in and the one who checked us out. I wish I took their names. The facility had been updated, but the breakfast was somewhat basic and lacked variety.
