Motel 6 Savannah, GA - Gateway & I-95

I understand it’s a budget motel and I honestly had expectations that I would go without certain amenities that you might find at other places. The parking lot and tree line surrounding the property had trash scattered around. There was a rag left in the shower. The floor was sticky and the room and walls had stains and was just kind of grimy. Music was blaring from one of the other rooms at 10:45 pm and a few minutes later I heard people screaming at each other in the parking lot. About 11:30 4 police cars in the parking lot and a security guard nocking on doors. I had booked online for a 3 night stay, definitely won’t make that mistake again. Pay the extra few bucks and stay anywhere else.

It was everything I could do to get housekeeping, let alone towels and needed essentials for the stay here. They have a bar, but it does not serve food. They only offer free coffee. There are no microwaves. this hotel served its purpose, but I would not stay here again.

I was very disappointed with this motel because they never came in the room once to change the towels and sheets to my house to wash them and take them back to the motel so she had clean towels and sheets.
