Was really comfortable

Reservations from Oct. 1-10 2025. Arrived very early (1am) on Oct. 2. After unpacking, turned the beds down to find dirty linens. Called the desk who told us they would deliver clean linens but we’d have to change them ourselves. After waiting more than 45 minutes, the desk said they’d sent the linens to the wrong room. The bathroom was wet and sloppy from inadequate cleaning. Was assured by manager we’d be discounted 50% of first night. I cancelled the remainder of my reservation. I was told I’d be credited for 2 nights parking, which never happened. I disputed the charges with my credit card company, but the Marriott denied the claim. A complete nightmare. At $400 a night, I expected, at a minimum, a clean bed.

Great location, nice view of river. Clean and comfortable room. Front desk (Naqueshia) was very helpful! Would definitely stay there again.

It's noisy. The Atrium seems nice but all the balconies open to the atrium with people being loud well into the night. And even if you don't get an Atrium room you get loud folks late at night up and down the hallways slamming doors & being loud. Room service was good. The room was clean, but have to keep curtains closed. The front desk was nice. The Blue Room restaurant staff was fantastic! And every seat has a view of the river so you can see boats and helicopters. The Riverwalk Terrace has a nice seating area. The hotel sadly has construction along the Riverwalk just next door so you have to detour through the grass next to a parking garage. And this hotel sits at the end of the Riverwalk so give yourself plenty of time if you're taking any water taxis or ghost tours to get up to the riverfront. Yes the parking is extra but you can park in the garage right next to the doors to the elevators. If it wasn't for the noise I would have given it five stars.

I love the river front vibe. One unique thing is the breakfast. It’s well stocked. And it’s away from the chaos of the lobby nestled on the 8th floor. Stephanie up there does a fantastic job managing it. Has a better selection of drinks and foods than a typical “continental breakfast” and Steph keeps the coffee fresh. I don’t know why more hotels don’t do their breakfast like this one.
