The scenery is beautiful, the room is large, and the people are outstanding. It's worth staying here, the people are warm and helpful. I don’t know when the $50 deposit will be returned to me. This is my second stay. I will stay here a few more times when I have time.

The room is ready and clean, outdoor pool is fantastic with self service towels, breakfast eggs Benedict and coffee is a must at Blue restaurant, great service, highly recommended.

Renee, who runs the Front desk at envoy the spectacular she went over and above making us feel good telling us about the hotel experience about Savannah really special. This place is fantastic. Lots of history. The rooms are very very spacious with a lot of amenities. I encourage everybody to come here.

The hotel is nicely located on the river and next to the convention center for visitors who want to play golf and participate in a congress. There are numerous shortcomings of the hotel. Firstly the gym is not in the hotel and you have to take a shuttle to the golf spa and shuttle drivers are not always available. The food in the hotel is absolutely shocking, and there there is no room service at all. If you want to eat something you have to order in from outside the hotel which is unpredictable. The bar service is shoddy and there was a 25 minute wait for service. The staff at the front desk are helpful and pleasant, but very poor back up service is available if you need something and request to repair or replace (in my case a coffee machine) go ignored. The hotel is aging, the facility is shabby and this is clearly in need of a major upgrade.

The highlight of our stay was Kimberly in the lounge. She made us feel welcome each time we’d go in, remembered us each night, and even remembered our daughter’s special request of a Shirley Temple each time. The rest of the hotel was great as well and we look forward to staying again in the future.
