Overall, this place needs some TLC. It is run down, furniture is worn or broken. Pros: Ceiling fans work greatDishwasher works wellPullout comfortableBedding cleanPool awesomeWalking distance from Forsyth parkBLACKOUT curtains in bedroom goodAllowed late checkoutCONS: Bathtub does not drainSlippery and no handle in tubFloor slanted severely Thermostat needs constant adjustingRugs very dirty -need to be thrown outNo table to eat at or play games onScary stairs- steep and not safeThe decor is hodgepodge- feels like an old college run down homeOverall very run down and needs some TLCOnly chair to sit on broken and wobblySink Soap dispensers not refilled in bathroomCollege dorm size fridge not as pictured on VRBO as was shown with full fridge. Bugs on window sillI chose this place because of the nice pool. And this was a great pool. But not worth the condition of the rest of the place. Priced high for the condition it is in.

The property was just as it was pictured, and it was perfect for a cozy and comfortable stay in our favorite city. The beautiful pool was sparkling clean and inviting-just what we needed after exploring the city. Our host, Gary, was easily reachable for questions. He made sure we were checked in safely, were comfortable, and that we were enjoying our stay. The location was wonderful, a nice walk to everything with cafe options and Kroger's very close by, or a short Uber ride to Broughton St. shopping. Thank you so much, Gary, for the hospitality, and we'd love to visit again!

Family event
We were in Savanah for a family event. This eclectic home really served our needs. The shared pool was a plus. Everything was clean and orderly. Would definitely stay again if the occasion to return to Savanah arose.

Nice little one bedroom close to Forsyth Park and Kroger.
The apartment was cute, and since we were there in late July the pool was essential. That was great. The refrigerator was really small but not a deal breaker for us.

Gary was very accomodating and his instructions and attention to details were spot on. Great locatio and walkable to stores/restaurants. The pool was an added plus.

Savannah trip
Nice property. Small little one bedroom. Clean. Everything we needed. Worked for us. Didn’t like walking through the neighbors deck to get to the pool. Thought we would have a private access.
