I had a room with one bed and had enough room to comfortably relax. If there were another person with me we would have been able to comfortably relax. The bed was comfortable. The parking area could use a little touch up. Otherwise the property is well maintained and clean. The water for the sink and shower warmed quickly with good pressure. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The other guests were quiet and neighborly. While the hotel does not have the amenities of four and five star hotels it’s a lovely place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. My husband has had spine surgery and cannot sleep in a bed. When we found they offer rooms with recliners we were thrilled. Kitchen room is clean and offers microwaves toasters toaster oven bbq grill outside ice machine coffee. Vending machines with reasonable prices Great staff that showed us all the good spots to visit. Fridge in room. Solid AC. Good showers. Full cable and wifi. Looking forward to more stays.

We recently spent a night here and were pleased with how clean and quiet the property was. The beds were comfortable and having a separate mirror from the main bathroom was helpful. There was a freezer in the fridge unit, which we appreciated. I am wary of mom and pop motels, but this is a winner and we plan on returning.

We stayed here for one night to attend a concert. The man at the desk was polite when I checked in. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. In the morning while we were packing the truck, the man from front desk helped us clean the snow off our vehicle, which was very nice. I would stay there again. Very nice

Fantastic stay with Tony and Marsha. Wonderful hosts, clean rooms excellent service. Excellent location near downtown and the important stores. You get a real home feeling when you are there. If there is fresh snow out, then a path will be shoveled to your vehicle, and it will be brushed off! WE WILL BE RETURNING FOR SURE!!

Budget Host is a well run establishment. Marsha and Tony go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and appreciated. The cleaning staff is quick to attend to any and all housekeeping requests, and the rooms are spotless, and well cared for. Tony and Marsha's "Coffee Room" is complete with a toaster, two microwaves, toaster oven, ice machine, vending machine, as well as paper plates, napkins and the utensils needed re-heating, or make supper on site. They have an outdoor gas grill available, and picknic tables located under a large canopy (during the summer months) so guests can grab a steak from the local market, and grill it up even in the rain (or sometimes snow:( It didn't take long before I grew to consider Marsha and Tony friends, as they have been, and continue to be very kind during my extended stay. Room was super clean but very dated. The beds were really comfortable. The bathroom was incredibly small with no counter space at all. Not that we watched a lot of it, but the TV was pretty small and quite a distance from the furthest bed. The rate was cheap, so not surprised that everything wasn't shiny and new. Best part - beds and cleanliness. Worst part - nasty looking drop ceiling and really super small bathroom.

We got a room for one night to attend a concert. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the water got hot very quickly to shower in the morning. The man at the desk when I checked in was very polite and helpful. When we were leaving in the morning we had gotten a light dusting of snow and he was kind enough to clean our car off while we were packing it up. All in all it was a great experience.

I am usually hesitant on a small ma and pa hotel but decided to give this hotel a chance due to the good reviews. This is the cleanest motel I have stayed in.. this is the reason I am hesitant due to past experiences. This hotel was cleaner then some of the big chains I have stayed at. Bed was comfortable! The staff were all very friendly and gave great recommendations for breakfast and dinner. 24 hour coffee, hot chocolate and a vending machine with snacks at a very reasonable price. A bag of Popcorn I believe was $1.00 and a microwave is available to pop it. Toaster and Paper plates available if needed along with some other basic necessities but we didn't need them so I can't remember all of it. If we travel back to the area we will definitely be back!!
