It’s a shelter and disgusting, 🤮 I didn’t stay, I left and didn’t get a refund a bunch of homeless people live there that smoke cigarettes I can smell it in the hotel room also the linen were dirty there was blood stains on them, I basically checked in and left in less then 10 minutes

Whatever you do, do not stay here. I stayed in August. There was dried blood on the floor in both the bathroom and bed area. They had the wrong room for me and I had to share a bed instead of us each having a place to sleep. We were exhausted and couldn’t find another place to sleep for hours, but it was so bad that we found a place to stay and left within hours. Even though they promised to refund our credit card, they charged us $1,044.31 for just a few hours while we looked for another hotel. They told my credit card dispute that the “services weren’t canceled, returned, or eligible for refund” even though I was told I would not be charged and I didn’t stay the 10 days they booked - I left within a few hours. This was absolutely the worst hotel I have stayed in during my 46 years of living. I worked in medical prior, so I cleaned the blood on the first area I came to thinking maybe someone had accidentally cut themselves cleaning the room, but when it was on the shower curtain too - I decided no way.

Received a call 2 days before check-in telling me that I had been bumped, could not be accommodated, and that I had to go deal with ******* or whoever I reserved with. And while on the phone, I can clearly hear other callers canceling on other folks. If you are like me, the lousy irresponsible conduct of this place will cost you a lot more than money.

1) When we got here, we were put on the 2nd floor and told that the elevator was broken and thus had to haul all of our luggage up the stairs. 2) This is NOT a suite! This is a typical hotel room except that it has a small stove and refrigerator. It barely has enough room to move around in. 3) How do you have a kitchenette, but no dishes to cook with, nothing to wash dishes with? 4) The toilet didn't work correctly... we had to keep the lid off the back and jiggle it everytime it was flushed to get it to refill again 5) No coffeemaker in the room, nor in the lobby 6) You can only get your towels and bedsheets changed if you come get them yourself from the office between 3-8pm. If you're here on vacation, who's going to be around the hotel during those times?? 7) No ice maker anywhere in the building. 8) There's guest laundry in the building but they charge a ridiculous fee to use it. For the cost of these rooms, guests should be able to use the laundry for free or at least for a really cheap price.

This place was terrible! When we got there there was no one to check us in. We finally got checked in and were told we were on the fourth floor and that the elevator was broken. When we walked in the room it smelled funny. When we were finally able to pull back the bedding it was dirty and had other peoples hair in it. When we tried to get new sheets they wouldn’t let us have any unless we brought them the old ones. Up and down four sets of stairs. We finally got the new sheets and they were also covered with dog hair. The chairs were all scratched up as though a dog and lived there for a year. There was only two of each plate and a bowl when there are four of us staying there in a two queen room. They were no parts.The bathtub was also dirty. The kitchen sink would not drain. And the bathroom door would not close.The worst part is the toilet became clogged and unusable. The person I spoke to you on the phone said that they would eventually send a maintenance person over but couldn’t tell us when at all but probably well after 9 o’clock in the morning to check out. I finally was able to get a plunger from downstairs. That was broken. And we were never able to use our toilet again. We need to quickly pack up our things and leave first thing in the morning so that we could go find a Starbucks that had a bathroom we could use. Upon waking I also noticed multiple bites all over my body. It felt is the bugs are crawling on us and in our hair in the evening while we were trying to sleep.This was a terrible and horrible experience. The person I spoke to you on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful.

Woodspring suites is awesome, if u are looking for clean quiet space, close to Boston and in walking distance of shops and restaurants this is the place. It’s great for one night or an extended time period, like if you’re moving or hear for work. Full fridge, washer and dryer, stove, microwave, and dishwasher with dishes included! What really made my stay great was the staff; Mark, Jared, Dee, dulca, provi, and Bill. They treated me with so well, you can tell everyone who works here really wants you to enjoy your stay.
