Pillows were of terrible quality, WiFi was worthless. The lady at the front desk when we checked in didn’t recognize my status with Wyndham. When I asked if I could switch to a two double bed room she wanted to charge additional money, even though it was late and there were plenty of rooms. Oh well, never again.

A friend and I stayed when we were at the horse show…had to leave the next day. Staff was rude, and dirty Hôtel. And at another time two people I know got bed bugs there! Sorry to have to say but it should be torn down or completely renovated. This would be the bottom of the line in all of Saugerties.

The rooms are basic but clean. However, the hallway had a slight odor. No breakfast but coffee and tea was available 24/7.

Clean spacious room. Check-in and out was fast and easy. All one floor - easy for older guests. Love location and will be staying again.

The rooms were nice and clean, just didn't like the fact the the wash area was outside the bathroom but other than that it was good, we especially loved the pool, it was clean and warm and the sauna room was perfect time to relax after a swim, the staff were very pleasant, I would recommend this spot to anyone especially the prices, it was inexpensive and will worth it.

This hotel has a distinct vintage vibe and reminded us of the Howard Johnson’s of our youth. The restaurant was convenient but also excellent, with great service and great food. We use the pool and the sauna and had an excellent weekend. Highly recommended

Good location and clean.
WiFi was not reliable at all.
I had urgent business work to complete and had to use my phone’s hotspot.
The tub faucet was dripping through our stay.
We were offered a room, but on the second floor. We declined since we had already settled in.
Please ensure that the WiFi is updated and the faucet is fixed.
