This place smells awful. They have it written cause it’s due to the sulphur but I genuinely could not stand the smell. They need a vent in the washrooms. Do not recommend

Clean and comfortable. They had everything that we needed. And the location is superb with the waterfront walkable. Would definitely book again!

Fun Guesthouse
The first thing you should know about the Mikligarður Guesthouse is it is owned by the Arctic Hotels. So, when you check in, you'll have to go Hotel Tindastoll first to get your keys. There is no breakfast in the guest house but you can eat at the hotel for a small fee.
It's a cool building. There are nice places to congregate and a real kitchen if you want to cook.
