Was given Room 2001. Balcony is facing the walkway, and mountain view is blocked if sat in theroom. .request to change the room, but not granted due to some reason. I could have booked a lower range options but rather a Balcony room wirh mountain view that I can not enjoy to sit there...

Nice specious room. Great bathroom. The staff assigned to me, Abhijit, was most helpful. Superb airconditioning. A lot of choice for breakafst. I especially liked bakery products. I don' know why they serve tea in glasses instead of cups or mugs.. At check in we had to wait फॉर a long time to get our luggage., Sugarfree was missing on most breakfast tables. Bathrubs need to have a wall handle for a person to get out of the tub. Shower was superb.

Our stay at Courtyard by Marriot in Mahabaleshwar last month turned into a complete nightmare. On the very first night, in a triple occupancy room on the east side, my daughter woke up around 2 AM screaming in pain with her hand soaked in blood - she had been bitten by a rat while sleeping. We were horrified to find her hand bleeding from bitten wound, and we had to rush her to the nearby civil hospital immediately. She was immediately admitted at the civil hospital (one can imagine the condition of the govt hospital) for 24 hours observation. Further she has to undergo the trauma of taking the Anti Rabies Vaccine (4 shots) as per the hospital protocol. I cannot stress enough how dangerous and appalling this experience was. I strongly urge the management to take immediate and drastic actions to fix these critical health and hygiene issues before another guest suffers the same horrifying ordeal.

We had a fantastic stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Mahabaleshwar! The rooms were excellent, offering breathtaking views, and the service was impeccable. A special shoutout to Deepak Kaushik, Siddhart, and Siddhant—we fondly remember their warm hospitality from our last visit, and they once again made our stay memorable. A big thank you to Mr. Siddharth Chitnis for his exceptional operational support and to Mr. Gaurav Paleja for assisting us seamlessly with the booking process. Their dedication truly enhances the guest experience. Looking forward to returning soon! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
