The experience at the resort was disappointing. You are welcomed by cockroaches at the room doors which was a shock to us. Once inside the room we found that the amenities were missing; upon enquiring we were told very indifferently by the staff that they don't keep those items. There were cats in the balcony which wasn't a good sight for somebody who isn't an animal lover. Hot water in bathroom wasn't available in the evening despite the staff clearly stating it's availability. There was drain clogging in the bathroom which caused water logging. Tata play subscription wasn't recharged and we had to chase the staff to get it done. Coffee pouches and spoons weren't kept which also needed multiple follow ups before we could get those. The swimming pool was dirty and unusable. I don't understand the rationale behind the high price of the rooms at this resort. The only saving grace was the food and the valley view. Highly overrated property l must say. Not recommend at all.

View is awesome from property. Property is just below par for the price. Top room goes for more than 6k. Furniture is pretty old and rickety. Bathroom and linen is average. Food is good

Worst stay. Room conditions were very pathetic. No arrangements were done before checkin. Don’t book this resort if you look for leisure. Only the view and food quality is good. Not worth spending here. Please don’t book if you love travelling.

We booked superior deluxe room, the room was spacious, clean and view from room was really awesome. The staff was really helpful. The food was also good.

Infrastructure very good. Look n feel very good. Rooms are average. Plugs not working. Windows don't slide smoothly. Food is average. Pool is not clean.

Location was superb, food was also very tasty and room service and hospitality was best. The way to serve food was very good, excellent some of the drawbacks is there like wifi is very weak, not even youtube gets played, some items mentioned in amenities was not provided such as hair dryer, shower cap, slippers, overall a goof experience but providing all amenities will be appreciated

The resort is located at accessible distance from main road. The stay was very good and the view was very nice. Try to opt for higher floor rooms. They have a swimming pool with a great view of the valley, an indoor games room with carrom, foosball table and ping-pong table.
