Friendly staff, beautiful modern rooms, nice breakfast, free parking, and a really cool water slide. Lots of stores and restaurants close by as well. Will definitely stay again!

This hotel has significantly changed since the last time we stayed here in 2022. Problem with check in. They did not book the room type we had reserved, and we were assigned a much smaller room. All others were booked so we had no choice but to take the one offered. Very disappointing. Room A/C doesn’t work efficiently and room was very hot and stale. Not okay for a Saskatoon summer!! Beds are poor quality and very hard- poor nights sleep. Room was not cleaned adequately and items from previous guests were left behind in bathroom. Yuck. Overall this is so bad I would not recommend. There are so many other nicer hotels in this area!!! Only great thing about this hotel is location and lots of parking.

Booked here for a staycation for our daughter's birthday. We ended up leaving early as she wasn't feeling well (and leaving early was a blessing). The pros: The family suite (their themed suite) was large and a good design for families. Our kids loved the idea of bunk beds. The water slide was fun. The check in staff were friendly. Our room seemed reasonably clean (especially after reading other reviews). The cons: The first impression we had was the front lobby chairs - which all had holes in the seats. In our room, we pulled our a washcloth and it was frayed and full of holes. Our daughter complained she didn't feel safe on the bunk beds, as they were a little wobbly. The very small pool area was extremely crowded (and not even a holiday), with about 20-30 people crammed in. One ladder to the pool was roped off, as it was broken. The floors are painful to walk on. The stairs for the water slide are rusted and a little gross. The hot tub is extremely hot, but the water is murky and the jets barely function (despite what buttons/knobs you try).

Staff are the Best. Hotel is Fantastic. We always stay here because of the quality and value. Thank You for the experience. Housekeeping does an outstanding job as the hotel is very clean and modern. The price point is well worth it. Only suggestion is better TV Channels as there is only one movie channel. Need to upgrade TV selection.

I don’t normally write reviews but our stay was exceptionally bad. Rooms weren’t cleaned well, the pool area was nasty, I saw what looked like puke on the water slide stairs. The whole lobby was soaked from pool water. Kids were running through the hallways all hours of the night. The hotel staff has no control, won’t ever be staying here again. Don’t do it to yourself.

Upon booking, the reviews for this property looked great. We requested a top floor quiet unit, however at check in we were given a third floor unit, next to the stairway. At first glance we noticed all the baseboards were missing from the hallways. We entered our room and we initially noticed a few things. 1. No hangers in the closet area 2. Residual gross something on the side of the bed by the night stand. 3. Stained carpets 4. Dusty and dirty under mount of bathroom cabinets. As we continued our stay- Fan/ heating ac unit broken and terribly loud. Fridge froze all of our groceries. Bathroom corners dirty as well As room needed a good clean. Bed caved inwards. The hotel was absolutely packed solid with families and the pool area was completely disgusting and full and busy. The breakfast area at 9:30 had nothing left. The tables were filthy and the garbage was full. This hotel was very noisy and we checked out a night early

Pictures online look like this is a top notch fancy hotel but those are pictures. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms are nice and ok. Beds are comfy and same with the sheets. The shower was a little grimy, the shampoo and conditioner bottles on the wall had soap scum on them that no one had cleaned in a while. Do not let this turn you away cause the room was nice. The pool was ok, it could use a little maintenance love.. the steps to the slide had lots of rust and calcium build up but the slide itself was in good shape. The pool was set up a little different but great to swim in for kids. The hot tub was hot and bubbly exactly what you wanted the hot tub to be. The rubber crumb on the pool deck and divider needs to be touched up. Little pieces of rubber were loose and stuck to your hands or floating in the pool/hot tub. Great option instead of tile but def needs maintenance. The breakfast was a good, all the continental stuff you would think.

This is a gross hotel. For a new and nice area of Saskatoon, I was so very disappointed. The area feels safe and the parking is fine, but the hotel is dirty and not well kept. The pool is super gross. The water is cloudy, it had clumps of hair and things on the bottom. Scum line around whole pool not scrubbed. This nasty tire materials in clumps between two areas of pools, and completely filthy bathrooms in the pool area. No towels to be found and the phone in the pool to call front desk for more towels didn’t work. When I finally did get towels, my husband pointed out a crimson blotch on the towel that certainly wasn’t from me. Just so disgusting. Our room was super gross too. The walls had random splats and smears. Side of the padded bed frame had drips. Just gag. Crumbs in the bed. Nerd and gummy candies clearly on the unvacuumed floor. The bed pad under the sheets and the duvet between flat sheets also had dirty blob marks on it. I wished we hadn’t had to stay and it was super gross. I would never ever go there again with my family.
