Eek! First the good news: - our room was relatively clean (all things considered). - the front desk folks were extremely pleasant. These are the only employees we met. - the location is great and close to many restaurants/shopping within walking distance. Now for the real news: - this hotel feels sketchy. We were not aware that this hotel is "home" to many folks. The common areas are vandalized, worn out and dirty. The elevators smell like puke. There appears to be smoking (cigarette and other) in the stairwells. - we booked saying we would be 3 to 4 people, but ended up with just two towels all three days, so that was interesting. - the grout is super dirty/sink cracked - A lot of noise at night. People talking/running in the hallways. Doors banging at all times of the day/night. When mentioned to the front desk we were just told "see you on the next visit." - The coffee maker in the room is disgustingly dirty. - I did not feel particularly safe in the lobby or parking lot. I was glad I was with another person (male). It was fine for what we needed (visiting family, just needed a place to sleep at night), but I would not stay here for a restful time. We expected more from the Sheraton brand name. Overall, this hotel is tired. Carpets are worn out, wallpaper lifting, holes in the walls, and needs a very, very deep clean. We did find the front desk attendant spraying Febreze on a couple of occasions to mask odours, I guess? I could not recommend this hotel to anyone. We won't stay again.

Very Good stay for business. Hard working staff, especially the ladies from Pink Cadillac during breakfast a big shout out for them. Common laundry service, gymnasium, pool all available for guests. Ample car parking. Burger King is next door so fill your stomach if needed with some burgers. Just 15 minutes from the airport but no shuttle service for you. Uber picks and drops are easy.

My husband & I were coming to Saskatoon for 3 nights, to visit family. My husband is a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite Member. The hotel is in a great location of Stonebridge area. Lots of shopping & restaurants close by. The room did have a mini fridge, coffee maker and bottled water. The hotel does have 2 restaurants, but we didn’t eat at either them. This hotel was simply horrible. My fault for not reading the reviews first. Upon check in, my husband was asked what he wanted for his welcome gift. But no other mention of elite benefits in the hotel. The bathroom floors haven’t been cleaned in ages. The grout was black. The door siding in the bathroom, needs to be replaced. There is a gouge in the shower. Kids were running up and down the halls, all hours of the night. The walls are paper thin. The mattress was incredibly hard and not comfortable at all. The mattress was stained, so gross. The fitted sheets kept coming off the bed, so annoying to fix in the middle of the night. On our 3rd night I noticed my pillow had black spots on it. Not sure if it was dirt or mold, but it was gross. I went to the front desk to get a new pillow. I wasn’t given a new pillow, but the front desk agent changed the pillow protector & case. She said oh it’s just an old stain. That’s simply gross, that pillow case/cover should have been thrown out. Upon check out, we were comped one night room charge. Which was appreciated, but the hotel is still gross & we’ll never stay here again. When we got the emailed receipt, it was wrong. We were charged an additional night stay, instead of being comped one night. I called the hotel & was told no manager was available & that I’d have to call back, when it wasn’t a holiday.

If you want a restful sleep and feel safe go somewhere else. Children are running and noisy in the hallway as late as 11 pm. Bed frame makes noise when you move. They don't offer free breakfast. The good thing: it is situated in the shopping area of Stonebridge. Room has microwave, mini fridge, and the usual coffee maker. However the coffee maker needs de-scaling.

The service at the 4 points Sheraton in Saskatoon is disgraceful. Employees are ******. For a newer hotel, it has not been looked after. They do not clean your room until the 3rd day. Mattresses are springy, broken telephone, and crack on the A/C vent. You have choices out there, please do not put yourself through the grief by staying here. Your family does not need a lesson on how you should be treated. Staff are ******, being told that you are being checked out and that they will be putting your belongings out if you don't come pick them up, within the half hour, does a family that is dealing with family matters need this to be added to their stress level. This is just disgraceful.

the staff were quite nice. any interaction (although kept brief) was pleasant and they were very polite. however, room quality was questionable. my lamp in my room was crooked, the shower floor felt as if it was going to crumble beneath my feet. i do like that the tv has netflix and youtube. the noise in this hotel is unbelievable, while i was trying to relax and enjoy my night, some noisy ass kids were running around the halls causing a havoc. people at the entrance were also extremely rude. i will not be coming back!!

It had been a few years since I had stayed here, but I can confirm that it has gone downhill. Pros: -Check-in experience was smooth and was greeted by a friendly front desk agent. -Bed was comfortable. Cons: -Security latch was busted and actually hanging from the door. No solution was offered as hotel was full. -Desk chair had seen much better days. -Old chewing gum was stuck to the edge of the bedside table. -Stains on the walls. -So noisy! Kids were running up and down the hallways until after 11:00. If the hotel employs security, they do not patrol. In summary, while inexpensive, you can find better value elsewhere. I would suggest the nearby TownePlace Suites if you are a Bonvoy member as it is much cleaner and offers a wonderful breakfast. This property needs some TLC with it's maintenance and cleaning.

This is the noisiest hotel that I ever stayed in my life. A group of people and their children are running, shouting and walking in 3rd floor corridor. I already complained to the customer service but it didn’t work. It is big disappointment.

For the price that is charged the hotel is a big disappointment. The rooms are a let down. Beds are old style spring so every time you partner moves so do you. For a newer hotel that’s disappointing. Restaurant closes early with a hotel full of hockey teams. The pink Cadillac bar and restaurant was terrible service was non existent. One of the worst places I’ve stayed and would not recommend anyone to stay here.
