Hotel ristorante e terme fantastico. Cibo squisito. Alle 12 zuppe ottime. Colazione e cena buffet tutto buono. Ho mangiato per 30 anni Macrobiotica. Ensana terme io e mio figlio abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Camera pulita. Terme spettacolari. Presto tornerò. Anche i massaggi Ayurvedici fantastici.. Ottimo

We said that we would come back - and we have. It is even better this time. A superbly run hotel and everything is just perfect. Clearly, the management know exactly what they are doing and so are able to motivate the staff who are also really nice people. The highlight has been the food - absolutely excellent. What a wonderful range of everything. Freshly prepared and mouth watering. It is all too tempting! It's mid January and the place is buzzing - well deserved. We will come back again in Spring. Well done you guys !!!

I really liked the hotel - location, service, attentive staff at the reception. Special thanks to the reception employee Georgi, who patiently answered our questions and helped us cope with the problems of paying for additional days of stay. A beautiful protected park with huge plane trees is a great place for walks. A beautiful lake is a 20-minute walk away for those who like longer routes. Across the road is a large supermarket where you can treat yourself to berries and fruits.

I was in this hotel x years ago and remembered it as rather "shabby" and with a "slightly socialist touch". The positive surprise was all the greater during my current visit. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully renovated. From the furniture to the color scheme, they give a very inviting impression. The hotel offers half board for all guests. I was also positively surprised by the quality of the food, both at breakfast and at dinner. You can order drinks à la carte and the service here is also quite attentive. The focus of the house is of course on the spa and wellness facilities. The house has 3 thermal pools (1 indoor pool and 2 outdoor pools) as well as a separate wellness area. This is my main point of criticism: the sauna and steam bath each don't offer much more than 5 places. This is of course far too little when the house is fully occupied. Spa treatments can be booked at the spa reception, even at short notice. The house offers (slow) internet, which unfortunately often doesn't work at all in the rooms.
