"This is definitely not a luxury experience. We arrived at the property but we could not stay here because it was so far from any shops or places to eat. It is also very basic. There is nowhere in walking distance to have breakfast or go to a shop. You have to drive everywhere. There are no staff on site. They send you an entry code on the day of your arrival for ‘self check in’ so it is very difficult to ask any questions. The pool is not heated and is very cold. When complaining about this and saying none of this was made clear to us, the owner and reservation staff were extremely uncooperative. They suggested we order breakfast by a ‘deliveroo’ like service and get taxis everywhere. We asked if they'd consider to refund one of the three nights but they refused outright and showed no flexibility or understanding. They're within their rights to do this because of the cancellation policy - but it shows a huge lack of hospitality experience and co-operation with guests. I strongly recommend to avoid Saronida hills."

"This is a really good modern property near the coast about 50 minutes South of Athens centre. The 2 bed apartment had everything you could want inside-air conditioning, lovely bathroom and shower, large beds and nice kitchen. Outside there is a wonderful pool area, chargeable sauna and hot tub. The cleaner is excellent and does a great job. So why not 5 stars? Two reasons: 1. You need a car. We didn’t have one and it’s a 10 minute walk to a couple of restaurants on the coast road. It is impossible to get to a supermarket. 2. There was no welcome food pack - some coffee, milk etc would have been great before you could get out-we did have some sweets and liqueur provided but some basics were needed. Also there was no chopping board or sharp knives. Overall a really great small modern apartment block with excellent facilities and fine if you have a car."
