There are many children, suitable for families, there is a private beach, but the beach is not flat enough, there are more stones, and the sea view is slightly inferior to the hotel I visited later in Fethiye; the hotel service is half and half, some staff are more enthusiastic, and some have an average attitude; the facilities are relatively old, and the hygiene feels so-so, not as good as the hotels in Fethiye; what can I say about the all-inclusive meals, the breakfast and dinner are relatively rich, and the lunch is very average. I am really a bit tired of eating here after staying for three days.

We loved our stay here at Dalaman. The pools were amazing for the kids and the kids club was lovely. The children loved the movie nights with popcorn. the best thing was that the waiters were on roller skates and were pretty active in serving the drinks which meant you didnt have to queue up for drinks most times. There were Churros and some food being served around the pool area whihc was great. The only negative thing (which is more for the guests rather than the hotel ) was that people were hoarding the sun beds very early in the morning! some even had two (one in the shade and one in the sun) which was really annoying. We had sunbeds with towels from morning until 2 pm , not being used but reserved for later!!The hotel should be actively removing the towels if people are not using these or let people remove them. Staff was overall quite nice and smiley which is always great .

You have to go to Hilton Dalaman!!!
This hotel was amazing from the pre arrival communication to check in to every member of the team. The service was amazing, the choice and quality of food was mind blowing, and if you asked for something, every effort was made to ensure it was arranged. We used the spa facilities, again, incredible staff and service. Already looking at booking for next year.

Short stay.
Not as good as previous years, our mini bar hadn’t been fully stocked on arrival and wasn’t fully restocked afterwards, we had to request extra tea and coffee. No slippers in one room, just silly niggles but not the standard we have grown used to.
Overall our stay seemed a little less luxurious to previous years, thinking of going back in August and hoping for improvement.
Food was good and the kids had a great time just us picky adults!

Our first stay at the Hilton in Serigerme, hotel amazing, service brilliant, drinks on offer great quality, food very good with several different restaurants on offer.
