Pas réellement apprécié, patron pas du tout chaleureux, tout mou. Pas de CLIMATISATION (100 euros la nuit tout de même) et impossibilité d'ouvrir car en aout rue bruyante. Restaurant un peu gastro raisonnable et serveurs top.

We had planed to stay in this hotel for two nights but left after one. The hotel has atmosphere, but the room we got was not welcoming, had no style and was hot. But we think that there are nicer rooms because when we look at the web site are the room much more cosy than the one we got. But, we had had stayed for the two nights planed becourse the town is fantastic and there is much to see in the suroundings if it hadn't been for the food. It was terrible. We had hoped for something else. This was our worst meal during our two weeks holiday. The owners are very friendly and have a fantastic goldmine in the fantastic house from the 17 centuary.

L'hôtel semble attirant, et la salle de restaurant de confort bourgeois prometteuse, et puis...... La déception arrive très vite, avec des plats fades, des proportions mesquines et l'impression d'être tombé dans un piège à touristes. Les ingrédients de base sont de qualité médiocre avec une basquaise qui ressemble beaucoup trop à une ratatouille en boîte! A fuir!

Hotel bien placé dans un joli village, mais les points positifs s'arretent là! L'accueil est pompeux pour un hotel qui ne vaut pas ce qu'il prétend être. La literie est vieille, les matelas inconfortables et surtout un lit était infesté de puces de lit. Nous avons appelé pour avertir la direction, non seulement nous n'avons eu aucune excuse, mais en plus la direction nous a clairement dit que c'était de notre faute!!! Pour un hotel à ce prix là nous nous attendions à bien mieux. L'accueil n'est vraiment pas sympathique. Nous le déconseillons vivement.

Nous avons été très déçu par l'offre de restauration proposée. Les plats servis n'étaient pas en adéquation avec les tarifs et les descriptions de la carte. Je ne recommande pas ce restaurant nous avons eu l'impression de nous faire arnaquer.

Si vous appréciez la chaleur de l'accueil, si vous aimez le calme, si vous êtes sensibles aux plaisirs de la gastronomie...Oubliez cette adresse. Durant cinq nuits j'ai subi le tapage nocturne (jusqu'à 4 heures du matin), d'un bar voisin, sans que la direction, pourtant avertie du désagrément, daigne intervenir. On m'a même conseillé de régler moi-même le problème. La rentabilité semble être une règle d'or dans cet établissement. Quant à la notion de gastronomie, peut-elle s'appliquer à, une entrecôte accompagnée de haricots verts ou à un foie gras totalement dénaturé (et immangeable) par une cuisson à l'ail?

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits à l’hôtel et pris un repas au restaurant. Les propriétaires et le personnel sont au top, accueillants, aimables, serviables. Côté hôtel tout était parfait. Côté restaurant, repas 3 services excellents. Plaisir des papilles et des yeux. Vins de choix à des prix corrects. Bref, c’était parfait!
