Everything about this place is top notch 5 star quality except the breakfast. The quality of the breakfast does not match the quality of the hotel and staff. Once you check out at 10am you get an extended day pass that gives you the same full access to the resort just minus the room and that alone is well worth every penny spent. This is absolutely the best way to go especially if your splitting amongst 4 people.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience at your property, which is advertised as a luxury 4-star resort. Unfortunately, the conditions upon arrival were completely unacceptable, and my family and I were unable to proceed with our stay despite already paying approximately $4,000. When we attempted to check in, we were met with loud ongoing construction in the lobby. While waiting, another guest—who was pregnant and visibly upset—was crying at the front desk, saying that her family had been unable to sleep for three nights due to the noise. Despite this, we were told our room was not ready and were advised to wait at the beach. However, access to the beach was blocked by construction, forcing us to walk a long detour. When we finally arrived, we found broken beach chairs, no towels, and no service whatsoever. The pool area was also in terrible condition, with very limited service at the small bar and few available beverages. These conditions were nowhere near the standard expected of a 4-star resort. Given these circumstances, we felt it was impossible to stay and made the difficult decision to leave with our family of five before even checking into our room. Despite this, management refused to issue compensation and instead told us to wait an hour in the lobby before informing us that the matter would not be addressed until “next week”—during a holiday weekend, no less. We are therefore requesting a full refund of the $4,000 paid, as the resort failed to provide the accommodations and services promised at the time of booking. If this matter is not resolved promptly, we will be forced to escalate through our credit card company and other appropriate channels.

Very nice stay in a 3 bedroom with 3 baths on the fifth floor. Very high end furnishings was very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. Lovthe beachfront property

This place is a hidden Gem! We travelled around Florida on a Christmas road trip. We been from Orlando to Miami to Key West to Siesta Keys. When arriving we didn’t know what to expect, we had a 3 bed apartment which was the best apartment we’ve stayed in while being in Florida. It was clean modern and had everything from kitchen appliances, coffee machine with milk former. Each bed room was big, with all ensuite. Each bath room had a double sink, big shower and heated toilet seat. The external areas had table tennis, pool table, hot tub and pool. With shaded areas with tv’s, but also lawn games like corn throw. The beach was directly behind the apartment block, so easy to move around without getting in the car every two minutes. I’ve travelled the world, Hong Kong, Australia, West/east coast USA, Europe, and this was by fair one of the best apartments I’ve stayed at.

Everything was wonderful from start to finish!! We love the location on Siesta key beach! We stayed in a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa with a nice terrace. The villas are absolutely beautiful with everything you can imagine. Top of the line everything in the kitchen and baths. Nespresso machine, blender... added to the enjoyment. Shampoo, cond & body wash in each shower, and small tubes of lotions available; basic kitchen supplies and laundry detergent. The property is small with only about 44 units, which we enjoyed and it didn't seem crowded. Easy beach access with plenty of chairs and umbrellas for your use at no charge. A lot of pool side loungers and cabanas also free of charge and first come basis. Also available a small fitness club, 2nd floor terrace with pool and ping pong tables, an owners lounge and breakfast spot. Breakfast every day is included and had pastries, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fruits, and hard boiled eggs, coffee, tea, milk & juice. These are high end timeshare ownership type villas and it was definitely a step above your typical villa. Service was wonderful and helpful. We were able to use the property after check out as we had a late flight and there are showers in the fitness center with towels etc. There is a small bar poolside; drinks are expensive, but potent!! :) They do offer a small menu, but we did not order any food. Short walk to restaurants, convenience store, sandwich shop, ice cream.Highly recommend!

Pretty good breakfast included till about 10am property is right on the beach. The rooms have good size cooler so you don’t need your own.
