Petit hôtel, situé à 20 mins à pied de la promenade de sarandë ce qui rend l'endroit encore calme et paisible. Les chambres sont impeccables, soigneusement rangées et lavées chaque jour par des femmes de ménage adorables et professionnelles. La vue est magnifique et le restaurant vue sur mer fait son effet. Il y a une petite plage privée juste en contrebas du restaurant avec des transats. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking privé, c'est vraiment top pour l'endroit car il est difficile de stationner à sarandë. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Toutefois, je précise que l'hôtel n'est pas adapté aux tout petits. Nous sommes arrivés avec nos enfants de 1 an et 2 ans et il n'y avait Pas de lit parapluie sur place nous avons dû faire avec les moyens du bord (heureusement nous avions réservé la suite) et la terrasse pour le coup devenait presque dangereuse. Je le précise car je pense que c'est un détail important pour ceux qui voyagent avec des enfants.

We were highly satisfied and recommend this hotel to any couple or family. It is right next to the beach. 10 minutes walk from the promenade and with many shops and restaurants close by. When our daughter needed help, they called an ambulance immediately. Rooms are clean and modern. Amenities are good. There is a fridge in the room. Great view from the terrace. The hotel restaurant is good. We will be back

Rooms are fine, but if you are expecting something like a regular hotel with service and all time reception, this is not for you!
Phone of the place is blocked! Can be contacted only on WhatsApp, but how do I suppose to know that...?
Amenities are minimal.
Do not let the photos on the booking page to fool you; the only thing you can see from your balcony is very little of the sea. You will see mostly the parking below the building and the roof of the restaurant. The reason for this is very simple: the whole place is located ONLY on the first floor of a high building. They have only 8 rooms on one floor.
The people who runs the place are very friendly, like most people in this lovely country. Breakfast is o.k
Parking on site, that is great and nice direct access to the beach.
No services like laundry.
Overall, it is a fine place.

I spent 9 nights in this wonderful hotel. My room (a quadruple room) was nothing short of wonderful. Spacious, exceptional cleanliness, spectacular sea view. The owners are 2 special people. Applause to all the employees who are always available for any request. I recommend it to everyone and would happily return.

As soon as we arrived the staff was very welcoming. I thank Tano for everything, he was an excellent person! for breakfast there was enough choice, everything was good, beautiful sea, very large and modern rooms, excellent cleanliness. I was sad to leave because I felt at home, if I return to Saranda this hotel is ideal!

We stayed a few nights in this hotel by the sea. Beautiful, spacious and modern rooms overlooking the Gulf of Saranda and facing the island of Corfu. We were welcomed by the owner with courtesy and availability. Breakfast by the sea unmissable
