服務人員態度不錯，無奈整體體驗太差，電話打不通，讓客服聯繫也完全無回覆，一直聯繫不上，導致第一晚的酒店衹能露宿街頭，且後期申訴也不迴應，最後還是平台退的錢。餐廳在裝修，吧枱也在裝修，路也在裝修，泳池也還沒建設，什麼都沒有，溝通困難，前台説無法用餐，後台電話又質問我們為什麼不使用早餐，體驗感極差，希望好好整頓好再重新開業。
風景不錯，衹有這個能誇了。

From the start when my husband left his bag in the taxi the owner arranged to get it back within the hour. What can i say about the hotel a 5 star , the room was incredible modern, clean, everything you needed in the room , super comfy big bed and the amazing sea view with gorgeous sunsets. Towels for pool . Breakfast was great lots to choice with a beautiful view over the ocean , food in the evening was amazing.. lovely pool and a private beach , lovely chilled vibes away from main town but easy to walk to which we rather. Everywhere in the hotel you have amazing views, we have had an amazing stay for our first time in albania, think its my new favourite place, gutted to be leaving tomorrow, but we be back . Last of all i want to thank owner and all the staff , you should be very proud of yourselves for us you made our holiday extra special , your kindness, so helpful, and nothing too much trouble , with a smile while working so very hard . A fantastic hotel with great staff. Egi and the team made us feel very welcome and couldn't do enough for us throughout our stay. The hotel is very modern and clean and rooms nicely decorated. Location is great as away from main *****, but easily walkable and lots of places around. Lots of choice for food, particularly breakfast and all food we had was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel, we had a first rate stay. Thank you! Tim & Zahida

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Egidio who went out of his own way to deal with our queries. The hotel room wad very spacious and the views from the hotel were great. Although we were there just at the end of the season the staff opened the beachside bar for us on our last night which was much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel immensely and were impressed with the attentiveness of the staff

Luxury hotel, beautiful view to the sea, delicious food, friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable beds, very quiet place . The breakfast was excellent, people very helpful. The hotel is beachfront and so nice to enjoy the waves sound. Amazing place to visit and stay.

After researching I chose Joelle Premium Hotel, Saranda Albania to stay with my family for 5 nights, I highly recommend it! I loved everything about the Joelle Premium Hotel. From the delicious food to the comfortable rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations. The best hotel I've ever been to in Albania. Breakfast and dinner were a feast with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Can't wait to stay here again! Very friendly and helpful staff make it a perfect place to relax.

We stayed at the hotel, the cleanliness was not good, we found cockroaches in the bathroom.. There is no water to drink and no cups to drink water.. The reception is respectful, friendly and helpful, especially the employee Egidio. Thank you to him.
