I had a wonderful stay in Room 3, with a kitchen. It was sparkling clean and i enjoyed being able to make breakfast and pack my lunch for the day's adventures! The bathroom was super clean as well as the towels. The bed was comfy and TV worked perfectly. I highly recommend Sara Placid to anyone in the area adventuring!

Beds were very comfortable. Location nice. Air-conditioning impossible to use because of shrill noise coming from it. Needs a little updating also. Other than that it was ok. Did like the communication by text, however, it would have been nice to have a human you could talk to in the office because I called once and there was no answer regarding the window that my husband had to go around in back and close it because it was broken.

We were in a bind and needed a place to stay. The staff was immediately accommodating and took care of us with care. Room was awesome, especially for the price. We will be back and highly recommend.

Saraplacid Inn was a cute motel we felt. Easy to get to, nice location, very easy check in / checkout process, and owners who were proactive when an issue arose. The AC unit didn’t work in the night due to an interesting set up. They decided without being asked to given a partial refund due to inconvenience which was great.

The Sara Placid is a great little inn, it's been a part of Saranac Lake Americana for decades now and it's always accommodating. I much prefer staying at the local places than the newer ones that just don't have the Adirondack charm, give this place a try and I don't think you'll be disappointed.

The family suite was great for our family of 5! Beds were super comfy. We requested a fan and one was delivered quickly. Great location and we enjoyed our stay!

This was the perfect place for us to stay in Saranac Lake. A full kitchen and bathroom/ tub. Was nice and clean. Air conditioner was a bonus!
