Hotel City View Deluxe ★★★★
"The location was quite good, but unfortunately due to an electrical problem, the hotel was changed to one that seemed to be one level lower."
Old Town Bardakčije Design Apartments ★★★
"Review of Old Town Bardakčije 5 Design Apartments PROS: 1. The apartment is clean and tidy. The bed linens, towels, and floors were clean. 2. Convenient layout: living room and two separate bedrooms. 3. Comfortable beds and pillows, with an extra blanket. 4. TV with Netflix and YouTube. 5. Internet worked well. 6. The apartment is located in a green and quiet area, with a pleasant view of the trees. Opposite the entrance, there's a small terrace with a table and chairs. 7. The living room has air conditioning; in May, it was sufficient for the apartment. 8. Convenient self-service check-in. 9. Everything you need is nearby: a bakery, pizzeria, grocery store, and bus stop. 10. The area is quiet, safe, and atmospheric, more "local" than touristy. CONS: 1. The apartment is significantly smaller in real life than it looks in the photos. 2. The main drawback was the broken blinds in the living room. We chose this place specifically because of the large panoramic window and the view. The blinds were broken and covered part of the window, which meant: - almost no light entered the apartment - it was impossible to enjoy the view - the room was poorly ventilated and quickly became hot. We reported the problem to the owner, but it was never resolved during our stay. We were told they would address it after we moved out. 3. The bathroom had minimal amenities: just two rolls of toilet paper and two shampoo bottles, one of which was empty. There wasn't even hand soap. 4. The kitchen was poorly equipped for cooking. The only utensils were the basics, including one old frying pan without a lid. There was no cutting board, spatula, or proper kitchen knife—only a bread knife. When we asked for a regular knife, the owner said he needed to "look for it." 5. The kitchen faucet was broken and wobbled wildly. Using the sink was awkward. 6. The poorly equipped kitchen made it difficult to cook properly, even though the kitchen was one of the reasons we chose this apartment. 7. The city center is about a 15-minute walk away, but the road goes uphill. This wasn't a problem for us, but it might be difficult for others. Overall, the stay wasn't terrible—we were comfortable sleeping and relaxing, and the neighborhood was really nice. However, many things didn't meet our expectations. We chose this place because of the beautiful window and the ability to cook at home, but in the end, we didn't get a decent view, enough light, or comfortable cooking conditions. We understand that appliances and other things can break, but when we reported problems, we were told, "Sorry, we can't fix anything right now." The accommodation isn't free, though, and I'd prefer basic issues to be addressed during your stay, not after you move out. Personally, I wouldn't choose this accommodation again."
ibis Styles Sarajevo ★★★★
"The hotel lives up to expectations; it has a beautiful design and an amazing breakfast! 🔥"
Hotel Hayat ★★★
"The hotel receptionists were friendly. We didn't have time to try breakfast because we were leaving late. Unfortunately, there's no elevator. However, the receptionists helped us lift and lower our suitcases. There was no iron at reception. The shower is poor; there's no partition, and the entire floor is covered in water, so you could slip and get hurt."
Residence Prime Luxury ★★★
"Although the bathroom is a bit small, the kitchen is a highlight, where you can cook simple meals or heat up food. The hotel is located on a commercial street, making it convenient for daily life and not far from attractions."
Mövenpick Sarajevo Bristol ★★★★
"Great hotel and families friendly. Great location with easy access to all transportation mode such as train and taxi. Surrounded by variety of restaurants and markets"
Guesthouse Rose ★★★★
"The hotel is generally nice. Located halfway up a mountain, it's relatively easy to walk from the Latin Bridge, but the uphill climb requires some effort. The hotel has a beautiful view, a terrace, and a nearby supermarket, which is quite nice. The room offers cooking facilities and is well-equipped. However, the mattress is a bit soft, making the small bed a bit cramped. Sarajevo is beautiful, with a subtle sense of melancholy."
Hotel Sana ★★★★
"I chose a single-bed economy room because I was traveling alone. However, when I entered my room, there were bugs. Then I went into the bathroom and there were hairs and stains on the toilet seat. When I left my bag and went out to explore, I told reception if they didn't understand that the toilet was dirty. I wonder if they didn't understand. When I returned hours later, they still hadn't cleaned the seat. It was a terrible experience. I cleaned it myself. If you choose an economy room, don't expect too many amenities. It was still okay. The hotel is in a very nice location, just a minute up the street from Bascarsija. The hotel itself looks very nice, but the room I was in was almost terrible. The breakfast was very good, with an open buffet and halal meat options."
Pigeon Square Rooms ★★
"The location is excellent, right in the city center."

Swissôtel Sarajevo
"Especially the breakfast is not delicious"
Hotel Central Sarajevo
"Hotel location is excellent inside the old town and close to many of the attractions in the old town. We had two rooms of which one was ok but the other was a bit dated and old."
Hotel Europe
"The hotel doesn't even have a bottle of water in the room. It's 5 stars but in reality it's barely 3 stars hotel. It was so hoot in the room and you can't control the heat. I couldn't even sleep. Very disappointing experience, specially for that price for Sarajevo."
Pino Nature Hotel, BW Premier Collection
"The food was very good. The spa/pool was nice and clean. We would have given this place 5/5 if it wasn’t for the beds. We stayed in the ”Wolf” room. The beds were way too hard. A pity they haven’t invested in better beds when everything else is so nice and good."
Hotel Grand
"When we arrive room wasn’t ready so we left, no problem there, the problem was that when we came back the room wasn’t ready, so they had to change us to a new room, with no AC, never the less the reception people was always willing to help and did what the could to help us."
Hotel Cosmopolit
"The two single beds pushed together were extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The front desk service was also terrible. The fact that there was fruit at breakfast was a plus."
Hotel Villa Harmony
"Very nice owner, clean room, big terrace. Easy parking. Less than 10 minutes drive around town, very quiet. Had a great night."
Ornament Hotel
"I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect as it’s right at the Latin Bridge which I could see from my balcony, and its only a 1 minute walk to the old town and most of the main attractions are in very close walking distance. The reception and staff were super friendly and helpful and made the stay very enjoyable! The room was clean and comfortable! The breakfast was great as well. I would highly recommend and definitely stay there again when I return to Sarajevo!"
Hotel Boutique 36
"The hotel is good, ideal for accommodation. It is close to Başcarsija. The building is a bit noisy. The beds are comfortable, the water and bath water are very good. Only some rooms may be level with the street. There is a difference in the structure of the hotels in Vratnik in terms of architecture. Apart from that, there are no toiletries, disposable slippers and drinking water in the rooms. There is a breakfast option. The staff is cheerful and solution-oriented. ***et helpful. The price can be considered reasonable. In short, I think it is a hotel where you can stay. Naturally, do not expect the service in Türkiye, but it is a nice hotel in Bosnia and Herzegovina conditions."
Hotel Herc Sarajevo
"They had smiles, sincerity, and attentiveness—it was all there."
Hotel Sahat
"Hotel is good friendly staff & good service...keep it up"
Hotel Ovo Malo duše
"This hotel is very nice and it is in the center of the city (walkable distance to all main attractions). The personnel is very kind and friendly. Breakfast is very good and abundant, with plenty of choice. Rooms are perfectly clean, comfortable and nice."
