Not far from susugino street , a lot of food and drink and can walk to TV sopporo / odari park / tanukijo street 🫶🏻 In the room clean and Facilities is good 👍

No front desk service. The apartment is big but the bed is not good for sleep. We sleep at G/F. Please note that if you aware of it.

very good residence for family and good location even can walk to subway station and Susukino area big room for 3 people. However the way to get a key room still confused but to check in and check out is easy.

I stayed here for 1 night, I felt very satisfied with the room and facilities here.

The hotel is clean and has a decent size. The only downside for us is the distance to Susukino, which is around 20 minutes walk especially in winter time.

Self-service check-in is very convenient. If you are traveling by car, there are three parking lots nearby. The room is clean and comfortable, and the beds on both sides can be separated, which is very convenient. 

It's very convenient to go anywhere. There is a convenience store opposite and it's about 1 km to the small road.

It's not good, but it's also not bad. Check-in is a pain and I don't really understand it.

Check-in is done on the first floor without a human, and you can get the key right away. And it's a bit far from the station, so it's better to take the subway or taxi.

It's almost the same as a one-room apartment, so it's perfect for long-term stays (vacuum cleaner and washing machine available). There was so much dust on the floor, including hair, that I had to vacuum it when I checked in.

The room is large, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the overall experience is good.

I've stayed here a few times, so I knew how convenient it was. It's called a hotel, but it's a private lodging run by a hotel, so it has a kitchen. It's convenient to be able to do the procedures there, which I had to do elsewhere before. However, it's disappointing that the slippers for indoor use and the brush (comb) were gone. I was also concerned about the dust inside the air conditioner and the dirt on the kitchen exhaust fan. I also read in another review that it takes 20 minutes to get to Susukino in winter, which bothered me... This place can also be considered part of Susukino. Susukino Station is about a 10-minute walk away, regardless of summer or winter. The closest subway station is Nakajima Koen Station. It takes about 5 minutes to get there.
