Sapa Hotels with Bars

Receptionist was very knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel also provided us with shower and breakfast in the morning even though our room wasn’t ready yet. Only thing we wished was different is that it would be better if there were two guides on the village tour instead of one. We got separated from the group a couple of times because we were at the back of the group (although the guide managed to find us again).

It was an Amazing stay here. We got free upgrades from the Mountain View to the panorama view rooms and the view was absolutely stunning. We had a couple of issues with language barrier but not a hard problem to solve, just come to reception to check everything. Amazing stay, would highly recommend!!!

I highly recommend this place if you are interested in spending a few days in Sapa. The view is stunning and the staff are extremely warm and friendly. You will eat well and be very comfortable during your time here. The trekking guide that I booked through the front desk was excellent and very knowledgeable about the area, including things such as local plants. I simply can not say enough positive things about this resort, you are guaranteed to have a good time here.

Heavenly... we have been to many places and hotels in Asia but Topas Ecolodge tops it all. The location is perfect, the landscape is beautiful, it was a perfect zen trip for us. It was a 180 degree turn from the hotels in SAPA town area. We took the pool villa and didn't regret paying the extra. The eco heated pool was so relaxing, especially when we had the first day of light drizzle and the clouds came down to envelop the whole resort. The feeling of having a dip in the pool surrounded by clouds/fog was out of this world. Service has been fantastic from the day we arrived, the staff were friendly and always there to assist. Food was good, they have 2 main restaurants and a small cafe by the pool. Food selection in the cafe was limited to bento sets. Our breakfast was served at the 360 Restaurant, as expected it provided a 360 view of the entire resort landscape. Breakfast spread is good with certain items being cooked to order. This restaurant then reopens for dinner with a grill or bbq western menu. The other restaurant is open throughout the day, serving pretty much local and western cuisine. Bicycle rental is free, so we took the MTBs out for a morning ride inwards into the more rural areas. We actually cycled to the opposite village from the resort. Took us around 30+mins 1 way. They also have a heated main pool, but we didn't really hang too much there as we had our own. Just take note that they don't have a gym, only a spa. Spa treatments were hotel rate prices but it was very relaxing and they have a extra free 30mins package when u take their full massages. The spa room has great views of the valley. It was a great trip for us as we celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary in SAPA and Topas Ecolodge just make it much more memorable.

Hotels are a tough business, so it's sad I'm writing a 2-star review. Let's first consider the business. Most businesses do one thing, or two at most, and that's their focus. Hotels have to run many facets well: cleaning, laundry, infrastructure maintenance, repairs to all the rooms and bathrooms and TV's and air-conditioning, renovations, running a kitchen making food 16 hours a day. Then there's managing personnel, scheduling and coordinating tradesmen, wholesale food supplies. And then, marketing and advertising, bookings, and all the admin of all those facets. Like I said, a hard industry to work in, let alone turn a profit. Le Bordeaux is struggling. My room had bugs, mould, unswept floors, broken lights, frayed and threadbare towels, dirt and dust. AirCon didn't cool the room. WiFi was poor. The hotel is at a busy intersection, and although they're not responsible for the horns honking from 6am to 11pm, the windows are not sound insulated. The restaurant is reasonably priced and offers a wide ranging menu of decent quality food, but can be slow. For $60 AUD a night, I've had much better. I hope they turn things around, and they could if they improved housekeeping, audited their WiFi, TVs and AirCon machines to make them work, and sped up the kitchen.

Rồi sau đó, nhân viên spa lại còn bảo là khách ok, đồng ý với phát sinh đó. Tôi nói thật với các ông các bà chứ, khách mà không đồng ý thì các ông các bà có cho khách của tôi đi về nhà không. Họ đồng ý mà về nhà họ lại phàn nàn với chúng tôi là tại sao lại phải thanh toán tiền phát sinh kia à. Tôi đã làm việc trực tiếp với sale thì sale lại đổ lỗi cho bên spa, rồi làm việc với bên spa thì lại đổ lỗi cho sale, nhất định không hoàn tiền cho khách. Sale làm sai mà không nhận, nhắn tin thì không thèm trả lời. Một câu xin lỗi cũng không có. Các ông các bà làm ăn chộp giật như thế thì hỏi uy tín của các ông bà ở đâu. We had an amazing two nights at laksik eco lodge. The room was luxurious, the views spectacular, the pool was probably the best I have ever seen and the staff super friendly. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend to anyone staying at Sapa. The hotel organised a guided trek which was one of the highlights of our trip. It was also nice to stay ten minutes out of Sapa, which is very busy, as it was much more relaxed and close to many small villages but also easy to take a taxi to Sapa.
