Fiquei extremamente chateado pois fiz reserva para dois adultos (minha esposa e eu) e também para meu filho de 12 anos. Chegando no hotel me cobraram 300,00 reais a mais pelo meu filho, sendo que informei sobre ele na reserva pelo TRIP e paguei pela hospedagem dele. Me senti enganado.

O hotel está muito caro pra pouco investimento que fazem pra desfrutarmos, cada dia que passa tem algo a menos funcionando, Internet estava péssima, bicicletas de passeio sem condições de uso, o sr Toninho melhor atendente do hotel não trabalha mais lá, o pessoal disse que os filhos não podiam fazer barulho após às 22 horas, e dois dias seguidos tinham hóspedes no hotel tocando aparelhos de samba até tarde da noite de madrugada...

A equipe do hotel é um enorme diferencial. Da recreação infantil aos atendentes, todos muito simpáticos, educados e atenciosos. A praia é excelente para quem vai com crianças - faixa de areia larga e mar calmo - e a estrutura do hotel (serviço, mesas, guarda-sóis etc.) completam uma ótima experiência.

FIcamos em familia em janeiro de 2025, e foos bem atendidos. O Gerente Alexandre é atencioso e preocupado em ouvir as sugestões e dicas. A estrutura do hotel é perfeita para crianças pequenas e idosos, pé na areia, piscina aquecida, sombras naturais das árevores, monitores atenciosíssimos com as crianças , café da manha honesto e opções para comer nas demais refeições. Em abril, usamos o serviço de praia e mesmo assim os monitores deram atenção para as crianças o que nos surpreendeu muito positivamente!

O Hotel é muito gostoso, espaço físico maravilhoso, piscina, ofurô e restaurante muito agradáveis, atendimento muito bom, um lugar realmente pra relaxar. Alguns pontos que precisam ser melhorados no meu ponto de vista: - Preços no restaurante das comidas muito abusivo. - Hóspedes precisariam de uma identificação que estão no hotel, já que pelo portão da entrada da praia passa qualquer pessoa, o que gera uma insegurança. - Cozinha no quarto família precisa urgente de um cuidado melhor, não tem uma estrutura básica, geladeira super velha, barulhenta, móvel da sala cheira velho. pelo preço cobrado poderia ser melhor o quarto. O Tamanho e o resto da estrutura no quarto são maravilhosos. - café da manhã também precisa receber uma atenção melhor, oferecem o básico do básico, seria adequado pra um hotel com diárias bem mais acessíveis, não para um hotel do porte do Vista Bela.

Desde o primeiro contato por telefone, já fui bem atendida. Passamos dias maravilhosos em família. Tudo ocorreu super bem. Local é muito lindo, limpo e organizado. Ficamos no complexo novo e adoramos. Com certeza iremos retornar. Adoramos conhecer o resort.
