We loved our stay here. The hotel was right in the heart of the village. An older style boutique property with legitimate old world charm. If you are planning to visit this area, I would not hesitate to recommend this property!

The hotel is old style it must of been beautiful when it was new the amenities are ok but not great, the thermal is down the street and a new spa across the river. Roads are narrow and very windy, parking at the hotel are to small and hard to figure out where to drive in at. Rooms were large but not well arranged like I said old style

Quite little town with beautiful parks and views of the mountains, lots of historic buildings and monuments. We found some excellent restaurants with Michelin recommendations, food was great. Thinking of moving here if I can find the right house.

Very well located. Friendliness from the receptionist to the bar and restaurant services. Excellent cleanliness. Incredible silence. Lots of trees right there next door. The Vouga river is very calm and the town "Termas de S. Pedro do Sul" is very clean, without traffic and well-parked vehicles. I didn't see any on the sidewalks: I'll be back soon.

The building is very beautiful and the people are attentive. The only thing I have to say negatively is the quality of the eggs at breakfast. Scrambled and fried eggs dried out, impossible to eat. Everything else is good. They could also add a few more sun loungers around the pool.

Former palace, with historical tradition, renovated for hotel use. The location is very good, right in front of the Vouga River, allowing for pleasant walks along the river. Check-in and check-out were slow, but the staff were attentive. There are rooms with river view and garden view, the dimensions are medium and they are simply decorated. We found the bed comfortable. There is a small outdoor pool for use in the warm months. The breakfast is diverse, but you would expect more from a 4-star hotel. The quality/price ratio is very good as accommodation prices are very affordable for the hotel category.
