Very well located. Friendliness from the receptionist to the bar and restaurant services. Excellent cleanliness. Incredible silence. Lots of trees right there next door. The Vouga river is very calm and the town "Termas de S. Pedro do Sul" is very clean, without traffic and well-parked vehicles. I didn't see any on the sidewalks: I'll be back soon.

The building is very beautiful and the people are attentive. The only thing I have to say negatively is the quality of the eggs at breakfast. Scrambled and fried eggs dried out, impossible to eat. Everything else is good. They could also add a few more sun loungers around the pool.

I didn't know, I went with a friend who spoke very highly of me, because she had already been here twice. I loved it, simply spectacular, very welcoming, overflowing with friendliness. Very good building indeed. It felt like I was at home. I will come back for sure. I loved it.

Quite little town with beautiful parks and views of the mountains, lots of historic buildings and monuments. We found some excellent restaurants with Michelin recommendations, food was great. Thinking of moving here if I can find the right house.

Minimalist but well-prepared meals (I don't remember in any hotel the fried eggs at the PA ran out and they were replaced as I was leaving the room). Except for the receptionist at check-out, the staff were not very polite and unprofessional. As for room 316, where you could hear everything that was happening in the neighboring rooms or in the corridor, I didn't know how the 4-star rating was possible with rooms of this nature. Just being there and seeing. Furthermore, the spectacular beauty of a palace whose conservation is to be commended.

Former palace, with historical tradition, renovated for hotel use. The location is very good, right in front of the Vouga River, allowing for pleasant walks along the river. Check-in and check-out were slow, but the staff were attentive. There are rooms with river view and garden view, the dimensions are medium and they are simply decorated. We found the bed comfortable. There is a small outdoor pool for use in the warm months. The breakfast is diverse, but you would expect more from a 4-star hotel. The quality/price ratio is very good as accommodation prices are very affordable for the hotel category.
