Necesitaba alquilar una habitación por unas horas, de 9:00 a.m. a 10:00 p.m. pero me dijeron que no se podía, que tenía que alquilarla normal, o sea hasta el día siguiente; no importa, no tuve problema. Pagué la tarifa y alquilé la habitación en teoría del 27/12/2024 al 28/12/2024. Sin embargo, a las 9:30 p.m. nos tocaron la puerta a ver a qué hora nos íbamos, le dije al muchacho que como a las 10, pero que igual teníamos la habitación hasta el día siguiente. Luego, a las 10:00 p.m. nuevamente nos tocaron la puerta, que si ya nos íbamos o que si íbamos a ocupar más tiempo. Fue muy descortés, prácticamente nos hicieron echados como perros. Apuré a alistar las cosas e irme rápido. No recomiendo este lugar, a la hora de la salida lo molestan hasta que uno se harte y se vaya.

Está ótimo pelo preço! Quarto limpo e funcionários atenciosos. Fiquei apenas uma noite para ir em um show no Allianz. Valeu a pena pra mim. Não gastei muito e pude descansar bem depois do show. Bom para estadias curtas. E Ainda tem dois cachorros lindos demais.

O recepcionista foi bastante educado e receptivo, porem as instalações deixam a desejar. O chuveiro possui temporizador de 7 min com agua quente. O ar condicionado faz muito barulho e as toalhas e lencois tem cheiro de mofo/guardado. Nao ficaria novamente ou recomendaria.

😡🪳 é uma vergonha! não ia lá senão você vai ser infestado de percevejos. Fomos picados esta noite ! eu mostrei-os para o recepcionista que viu com seus olhos porpres mas não foi suficiente para a proprietária nos reembolsar ! é realmente vergonhoso! limpe o seu quarto antes de dormir para outros viajantes ! eles nos mostraram que o estabelecimento estava em conformidade com as normas sanitárias para justificar a não-devolução !!
