Estive nessa hospedagem em Maio de 2024 e voltei agora em Abril de 2025. A melhor parte da minha estadia nessa pousada é a localização, excelente. Área bem frequentada. Próximo aos melhores pontos de SP. A qualidade do quarto é satisfatória. Porém as camas, travesseiros, roupas de cama e as toalhas de banho e rosto são horríveis. Tudo sujo, gasto e encardido. Em especial, os colchões, desconfortáveis,velhos e manchados. O serviço de recepção é ótimo. O serviço das camareiras é ruim. Eu queria que melhorassem os cobertores, mantas e edredons. Pois em SP as noites são frias. Não fornessem edredons, lençóis manchados e as toalhas estão rotas. Quando chove, elas permanecem úmidas o tempo todo. Lamentável. Porque o prédio e as instalações são bem bonitos.

A pousada não disponibiliza nenhum tipo de conforto e nem possui uma boa estrutura. Colchões sujos e velhos. Roupas de cama surradas e encardidas. Toalhas velhas. Sem lugar para pendurar as roupas. Sem espaço para colocar as malas. Não possui uma pia adequada no banheiro. Somente uma recepcionista foi agradável e muito solícita e educada, a do primeiro dia. A localização é excelente, o chuveiro também muito bom. A TV ficava em cima do microondas. Se ligasse um o outro tinha que ser desligado. A camareira limpou o quarto somente 1 vez e deixou as xícaras sujas de café no quarto durante toda a nossa estadia. Pelo valor da hospedagem eles poderiam melhorar os serviços. É uma pena. O lugar é bem estratégico para ficar hospedado em qualquer tipo de viagem para São Paulo.
