Fantastic front desk, helped us with local doctor and got us the medicine we needed. Pool is large, room was sumptuous, room service quick and efficient, dining room personnel very friendly and solicitous. I feel strongly this is the best hotel in Sao Paolo, and the only negative is endless car rides to get anywhere during the regular work week.

Very nice stay here on business. Everything is expensive here - I remember paying R$88 for a small water - but the design and decor is absolute the highest quality. It is truly a luxury oasis in São Paulo. That also has a negative side: you are far from most areas of the city and have to travel by taxi and cross the river which adds time.

Excellent! This is a world class hotel in a haven of tranquility near the centre of Sao Paolo. Service is excellent; formal, but not stuffy and perfect. The room was beautifully presented. The food was outstanding; I really enjoyed breakfast - excellent buffet. The spa / fitness facilities anre excellent; huge indoor heated swimming pool. Only one regret - we spent only one night there. Highly recommended.

The hotel is stunning and the rooms have a very luxurious and high end finish. The common areas are spacious and pleasant. Service, however, is the issue. I arrived by taxi and had to carry all my luggage with me as the bell boys were too busy chatting among themselves to bother. I had some issues with noise coming from events happening inside the hotel and the front desk staff and management were really slow to respond and take the issue seriously. Honestly, their indifference and cynicism to the issue were more upsetting than the noise itself. Overall it is a decent enough place to be, though the service letdowns combined with its location make it a not so sure bet in my book.

The sexism and adherence to fake hierarchies at this hotel are next level. As individuals, most of the staff were lovely. Just super nice, kind, funny smart. Those with the slightest amount of power were comically autocratic and bureaucratic. The insults come through forced waits, attempts at crappy seating, being ignored poolside, etc. It was laughable if it wasn’t so insulting. These people are used to a certain kind of guest who is as performative and shallow as a plate of margarine. Pretty place but totally not worth the BS factor.
