I traveled alone to Brazil and I don’t speak Portuguese. When I stayed at this hotel I felt like I hand flown in to visit my family. The service here is immaculate and you receive your own personal butler throughout your stay. I enjoyed trying the Michelin restaurants that are on the property. If I remember correctly his name Julius Cesar ? He was tall and had curly hair , and worked in the spa, he was so lovely and helpful. As well as Rony , who spoke with me while I felt lonely and gave me an entire tour of the massive property. Zecca also made sure I have lovely memories while I had dinner late at night. The rooms are very large and comfortable, and there is so much to do while you’re here. The pool upstairs is so beautiful and offers a nice view of the city. I felt like I was at a palace. It is located in a safe neighborhood, I walked outside at night by myself , and there were security everywhere. The entire property is filled with art and history. I will always stay here when I’m in São Paulo. This is the best and only hotel you should consider. This is a true luxury experience.

We went there to the restaurants and bar, we didn’t stay at the hotel, but the service was great, and everything we had was impeccably served.
