Nice, quiet and enjoyable. Just I have an issue about the creadit card that is in review, I was charged twice by the app (pre autorization) and at the hotel. I'm waiting for a response

За 2 недели останавливались три раза. Отель хорошо расположен, в приятном районе. Чисто, завтрак приемлемый. Персонал вежливый. На английском говорит только ресепшен. Отель уставший. Я бы сказала это неплохие три звезды, а не 4. С чемоданом ни разу не помогли, хотя я шла вся увешенная сумками. Полотенца застиранные, мебель старая. В таком климате не дают в номер воду и кранов с питьевой водой в отеле нет, хотя это очень распространено. Но самое неприятное, что в отеле ( 4 звезды) не работают сейфы в номерах, хотя они есть. Дважды просили починить, обещали и не сделали. В результате у меня украли наушники apple. А также при выезде из отеля обнаружила приписки в счете, на которые указала, чем очень огорчилась девушку на ресепшен:). Разбирались долго и вяло, но у меня как на грех время было. Остановиться в отеле можно, но аккуратно! Я больше к ним не приеду.

Alright hotel
Overall decent hotel. Our room was not ready in time so we had to wait for almost an hour in the lobby. Swimming pool, sauna and small gym.
