A reserva da Trip.com chegou errada para o hotel. Eu fiz a reserva de 2 adultos e 1 criança, mas o hotel recebeu uma reserva de quarto de solteiro.
Dessa forma, tinha apenas duas camas de solteiro no quarto, então, não tinha cama para um de nós três.
O hotel então disponibilizou a cama adicional, que é cobrada extra.
Foi bastante desgastante e desagradável, além de receber um serviço inferior ao que paguei.

Old and run down hotel. Bed linen and especially the pillow smell used/sweaty. And to make matters worse, we missed our flight back because we were stuck in the elevator for an hour. The team was in no rush or urgency to get us out of there. We didn't even hear an apology when we left.

Positivo: localização/ recepção agradável Negativo: parece um pouco abandonado e esquisito/ elevador em manutenção/ faltou água quente por um período/ café comum/ quartos bem estranhos, todo branco, antigo. Não tivemos grandes problemas no hotel, mas no geral a experiência foi razoável, recomendo melhorias!
