Nice location, reception could have been more helpful when arranging early check in after a 12h flight. There obviously was a room available of a higher category for a couple $ extra but this was only suggested after 2h of waiting in the lobby (had also contacted in advance weeks prior). Also no room amenities available that you'd expect like toothbrushes, razors, shower caps etc.

I normally come for longer stays for my business trip. A special thank you to Antonio the restaurant manager who always is so helpful and provides top customer service!

Smooth visit. Staff bilingual, clean rooms, Smart Samsung TV, stocked fridge among other amenities. Would come again

As a first time visitor in Brazil, I was facing some challenges with the language barrier and making payments while trying to order food. Thankfully, Melissa at reception went above and beyond to assist me. She patiently helped me navigate the entire process and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Her kindness,professionalism and willingness to help truly made a difference in my experience. Melissa exemplifies Excellent customer service and Iam very greatful for her support.

The staff is amazing and friendly! The location is perfect. You can walk to restaurants and malls. It’s not a 5* but if you are looking for somewhere cozy and location, this is the place.
