I was given the most changed room on the first floor. I don’t know if it’s because of the discounted room I booked online. It didn’t feel as good as the room I stayed in in March last year.

The hotel room was quiet and all the necessary facilities were there, the shower was in the bathtub. However, the room was not particularly modern. We had previously booked a deluxe room, which was much nicer and on the higher floors! The breakfast was average.

The hotel is quite good, maybe a little bit lacking compared to Radisson in other countries, but it was the best hotel in Brazil (even though I stayed in a 5-star Hilton hotel, for example). As a traveller, it's necessary to accept that it is Brazil and not to accept the hotel to be super good.
What I liked: the willingness of staff to help, the variety of breakfast—different coffee machines + teas + a lot of powder hot drinks. Hotel was quite clean and close to Paulista Avenue.
What I didn't like: staff didn't speak that much English, and the furniture seems quite old. Breakfast: there was no variety in terms of hot food (but there was a chef who cooked the eggs) and not so many "healthy" options like yoghurt (only drinking yoghurt) and salads.
