One might assume that for a nightly rate of $350, a guest could expect at least the basic human necessity of water to be readily available. But alas, it appears your hotel has taken a bold stance: thirst is a choice. On multiple occasions (three or four, to be precise), I rang for additional water, only to be met with the unwavering generosity of... paid bottles. Your staff, ever consistent, delivered chargeable water with the kind of efficiency one might expect from a luxury establishment—if only it were complimentary. I must commend your creativity, though: sending guests to the gym to scavenge for free water is truly a masterstroke in modern hospitality. This is a brand new hotel opened a few weeks back. I have stayed in many different Westin before and I’m afraid this hotel lacks it all. As much as I understand they are still in “pre opening “ basic is basic. The room had no amenities that includes, no cotton pad, no cotton buds and no shower cap. In addition there was no robes and slippers. I was told it’s the room category but I’m sorry, I was paying over USD 250 per night. I have stayed in previous westin in basic room categories with full amenities. The restaurant , which I actually think it’s the only one they have , serves an ok breakfast. On our first morning we had zero service. No one came to the table, I had to go and ask around for coffee. A bit of a cold atmosphere. Unfortunately they have a long way to go!

Fiquei bastante frustrada quando soube que o The Westin, que faz parte do grupo Marriott, não preza pelo bem-estar animal. Como cliente, isso é um critério que considero muito. O hotel assumiu um compromisso quanto às aves de sua cadeia de produção e tem adiado por anos e anos. Não é porque são animais para consumo, que devem passar suas curtas e miseráveis vidas sob stress extremo em gaiolas. Rede sem palavra, firma um compromisso ambiental e só dá desculpas.
