Place is a beautiful building but Charlie leaves to be desired. The AC unit always breaks and they do take 1-2 days to send someone. Also linen is not 100% has brown spots and beds are not comfortable.

******* says it's a hotel, but it's not! I felt cheated! For a long stay it's not worth it because you don't get room service, that is, there's no towel change, cleaning or replacement of toiletries. And if you have a problem, you don't get face-to-face service, the building staff are completely unbiased and most of them are rude. I spent an entire (very hot) night without air conditioning and they gave me 48 hours to fix it, and they only moved me to a different room because I said I was going to cancel my 14-day stay. I recommend it , maybe, for one or two nights, but not longer than that.

CHARLIE is an OK service, they don't answer phone calls. I had two emergencies and they took days to fix AC and move apartments. They need a better service.

Localização e instalações boas, apartamento novinho. Cama e chuveiro muito bons. Pontos negativos: barulho alto, a janela precisa de isolamento acústico com urgência. No decorrer dos dias tb apareceu um forte cheiro de esgoto/retorno que precisa ser verificado.
