Dificuldades para pegar o elevador sempre com arrumadeiras, a piscina e academia com equipamentos quebrados. Uma bagunça, barulho de vizinhos arrastando moveis. Me senti sem segurança. O pior charlie que ja fiquei, realmente decepciona.

Estádia muito boa! bem localizado, limpo e organizado! porém, no penúltimo dia o secador queimou e como era sábado a noite não havia ninguém da manutenção disponível para realizar o conserto. Poderiam fazer a troca com o de outro quarto se tivesse vago, mas nã tive essa opção. Voltaria e pretendo me acomodar mais vezes no Charlie! vão tranquilos.

Excelente localização, funcionários muito gentis, bem equipado, mas a água quente não era suficiente para o banho, acabava logo. O banheiro poderia ter uma manutenção melhor.

Fotos diferentes da realidade, piscina suja, sem cadeiras de sol, super descuidado e sujo em todos os ambientes. Muito barulho o charlie é horrível. Dificuldade de pegar o elevador sempre cheio com arrumadeiras pra cima e pra baixo, tem dois elevadores sempre demora pra chegar.
