The building has a good structure, but the maintenance is lacking. The elevator makes a lot of noise and rattles. The grout on the tiles, the TV reception device is hanging on the wall. The bathroom sink socket is old.
The restaurant and event area are closed. The breakfast is good, but not as good as advertised, including in the elevator.

DIRTY room, no cleaning, no water and no hot water, manager is never at the hotel, head of housekeeping who barely responds and even blames the guest for not cleaning. Corridor smells like sewage. When I got to the room there were no sheets, bed not made. TERRIBLE! Run away! I couldn't include the videos I paid 5600 for 4 nights and TERRIBLE service

I made a reservation in May, to stay from 11/12 to 11/16, and when I arrived, they simply put me in the wrong room. I reserved the Deluxe Queen room and they put me in a handicapped room, with low beds, no shower stall, and a huge gap in the door that didn't allow me to sleep all night. As soon as I went to complain that I was in the wrong room, I heard the following phrase: "I'll see if there's another room available for you." How can I make a reservation for a room and they simply won't make it? And when I complained to the manager, he simply wanted to offer me a 50 reais difference as if nothing had happened. At no point did anyone apologize for what happened, it was as if I was asking for something absurd. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Not to mention that they didn't change my towels, they just folded them as if they were new, and I noticed this because there was a toothpaste stain on them. And the TV, which they say is "cable" gets a maximum of 10 channels and is tiny.

Excelente localização, a estrutura do Hotel é boa mas está mal cuidada (elevador, tomadas antigas, receptor sinal TV pendurado na parede, ..). Restaurante está fechado, não deve estar funcionando "área de eventos", área da piscina mal cuidada, água estava verde o dia que fui perto. Quartos espaçosos, limpos, mas mal cuidados (rejunte azulejos). Atendimento recepção deixa a desejar, perguntei sobre translado aeroporto, está na descrição do hotel nos sites, não sabia informar. Com diárias próximas outros hotéis inferiores, acaba tendo custo benefício positivo.
