O prédio tem boa estrutura, mas manutenção deixa a desejar, elevador com forte barulho e tranco. Rejunte dos azulejos, aparelho recepção sinal TV pendurado na parede. Tomada pia banheiro modelo antigo.
Restaurante e área de eventos estão fechadas, café manhã bom, mas inferior a divulgada inclusive no elevador.
Bem localizado, andares altos silencioso, limpo e arejado, com preço próximo de outros hotéis inferiores na região, acaba tendo boa relação custo X benefício.

Quarto SUJO, sem arrumação, falta de água e água quente, gerente nunca está no hotel, chefe da governaça que mal responde e ainda coloca o hóspede como culpado por não ter limpeza. Corredor com cheiro de esgoto. Quando cheguei no quarto não tinha lençol, cama sem arrumar. PESSIMO! Fuja! Não consegui incluir os vídeos Paguei 5600 por 4 noites e serviço PESSIMO

Já havia ficado nesse hotel, mais para descansar foi o suficiente na época, mas agora, foi acima do limite - o cocierge que mal fala português faz questão de te acompanhar, mesmo que vc. não tenha bagagem, quando entramos no quarto a cama estava totalmente amassada (como se já tivesse sido usado o quarto), o banheiro nem limpo estava, pois tinha sido usado e não foi limpo (o vaso sanitário), descemos e fomos reclamar na recepção e nem houve contestação. Esse foi riscado da lista.

O Hotel é bem confortável para dormir e tomar um café da manhã bom, apesar de ser em estilo antigo, só precisam tirar o carpete que dá acesso aos quartos (está sujo e tem um cheiro de mofo), todos são bem prestativos e atenciosos.

O quarto tem tamanho razoável. Banheiro pouco sujo. Atendimento dos funcionários excelente. Tomadas ainda com 2 pinos, sendo necessário arrumar adaptador. Pelo preço não se pode esperar muito. Bem localizado (centro)

Horrível experiência. Uma noite apenas, decepção total. Quarto sujo, chão sujo, a mesa de trabalho estava com restos de comida e bebida grudados. Dispenser de sabonete e xampu vazios. Elevadores precisando de varrição. Café da manhã bem a desejar. Atendimento pouco simpático. Melhor fujir.

Excelente localização, a estrutura do Hotel é boa mas está mal cuidada (elevador, tomadas antigas, receptor sinal TV pendurado na parede, ..). Restaurante está fechado, não deve estar funcionando "área de eventos", área da piscina mal cuidada, água estava verde o dia que fui perto. Quartos espaçosos, limpos, mas mal cuidados (rejunte azulejos). Atendimento recepção deixa a desejar, perguntei sobre translado aeroporto, está na descrição do hotel nos sites, não sabia informar. Com diárias próximas outros hotéis inferiores, acaba tendo custo benefício positivo.
