Pullman Properties in Sanya

Service: Sara provided excellent service. She added me on WeChat a day in advance because we were transferring from Yalong Bay and our child needed a nap. She quickly checked if an early check-in room was available and, once confirmed, arranged for it to be cleaned immediately so we could check in early. She even gave us a small bear when we checked out! Environment: The hotel is located on Coconut Dream Corridor. You don't need to cross the road; you can reach the beach directly through an underpass. The overall style is Southeast Asian, and the public areas offer a lot for kids, like sand digging, fish feeding, and an outdoor playground, plus an indoor soft play area and an arcade, making it very family-friendly. The only minor downsides were that out of three pools, one was closed for maintenance, and the remaining two had very little shade, making them too sunny in the summer. Also, three slides were open at the water park, but some smaller ones were closed. Cleanliness: We stayed in a two-bedroom sea-view suite. The room was very spacious, with two living areas, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms. The room's balcony connected to the living room, offering direct sea views of the entire eastern coastline, which our child loved. Staff proactively cleaned and refilled our mineral water. Overall, this was a great experience, and thanks to Sara's service, we will definitely be back!

Traveling with the kids during the summer vacation, we checked into the Pullman's pool room on the first day. It was super convenient to access the pool right from our room. The room itself felt a bit dated, and the air conditioning unit outside our door was quite noisy. However, the hotel's complimentary photo shoot was a nice touch; the kids got a lot of great pictures. The photographer was really nice, and the post-production lady was excellent too. Overall, we had a very enjoyable first stop.
