Pullman Properties in Sanya

Our butler, Mila, proactively asked about our room preferences two days in advance and even upgraded us to a high-floor room, which was clean and offered a good view. The complimentary gift was also very nice, and we were granted a late check-out without any催促 (hurry). The public areas are large, comfortable, and spacious. The pool is quite big and not crowded, and you can find shells on the beach. Overall, I was quite satisfied. The breakfast bread was good, though other options were pretty standard. There weren't many Chinese guests, mostly Russian tourists. The hallway had a slight odor, and the air conditioner fuse blew at one point, but it was fixed quickly. Kids' amenities and the bathtub liner were delivered promptly. The elevators were often empty, making for a comfortable ride. Pullman is definitely worth revisiting, and a big shout-out to our butler. There aren't many activities within the hotel itself, but it's convenient to get to nearby attractions like Coconut Dream Corridor or Joy City; a taxi ride isn't far or expensive. Watching the sunset at Luhuitou Park or even on the hotel's beach is fantastic. Although the butler urged me to leave a good review, I ended up deleting her. I'm posting this when I have time after my return trip, and it was worth it.

The room was very clean, and the customer service even provided complimentary coconuts and a travel photoshoot. The pool was pristine and cleaned daily. The service was incredibly warm and attentive. We also enjoyed the hotel's buffet, which was excellent. The animal-shaped towel art was a delightful touch! The hotel's own slide and floating boards were a lot of fun. We'll definitely be back next time!
