Pullman Properties in Sanya

Our first stop in Sanya was the Pullman Haiju, and its location was perfect. Being so close to the airport made it ideal for families with young children needing a transition stop. Our stay far exceeded expectations. A special thank you to our butler, Vivi, who thoughtfully upgraded us to a sea-view executive room. Opening the window revealed a magnificent sea view – absolutely stunning. Vivi was friendly and attentive, always responding promptly to our requests. Her meticulous service truly enhanced our trip. In our free time, we found many hermit crabs on the mudflats. We also enjoyed splashing around in the hotel's pool and having a beachfront BBQ. The parent-child time was wonderfully relaxing, and the trip was filled with joy.

This villa hotel is exceptionally good. The complex is quite large, so you need to take a shuttle. I was pleasantly surprised that after I just called the front desk, they arrived at our door almost immediately to pick us up. Cleaning, disinfection, and pool maintenance are all handled by dedicated staff, indicating very organized hotel management. Every employee we encountered was knowledgeable about their job and provided service with a smile. A special thanks to the housekeeper who even helped us fold clothes and brought us fruit. I didn't catch her name at the time, but I remember she was a female housekeeper. Thank you!
