Hotels with Parking in Sanya

We were guests in this hotel for the third time. We were left with wonderful impressions and that is why we chose it again. And we are delighted again! The hotel is in a wonderful location, Dadonghai Bay. It has its own territory with swimming pools. The breakfast was for every taste. Varied and delicious! On the territory of the hotel there are several restaurants, shops, children's club, etc. The service staff is at an excellent level. My personally thanks to Vanessa! The hotel room was spacious and neat. It had a bathtub, separate shower/toilet, a large closet with a safe, a mini fridge and some cups, which I really liked since I made my own breakfast. The sea view from the balcony combined with that of the hotel's infinity pool looked amazing! The hotel is only 15 minutes by walk away from the nearest beach and everything is relatively close. Since it was located on a hill with a long drive through... ordering things from meituan was really convenient. They even had a meituan locker where you can scan the code and collect your order! The front desk receptionist spoke proper English, was nice and attended to my needs. They also had a gym and restaurant. It's sad that they didn't have a laundry room since I stayed in Sanya for a week and wanted to do my laundry. Also the pool closes at 7h so at night you couldn't swim. But you could lay down and enjoy the fresh nightly breeze!

There were definitely some positives and negatives about this hotel. First off, I will say the staff was very friendly. They would greet you with a smile wherever they saw you on property. I ate dinner at the poolside restaurant a few times and I enjoyed my food as well. Some negatives were that the hallway itself smelt moldy and nasty. Could be due to the carpeting, which was in bad condition, or all the old wood decor or a combo of both. My room smelt the same. The shower smelt like urine and some of the wood in the bathroom was rotting. I guess due to continuous exposure to water. I also didn’t like the fact that there was little accessibility for a stroller. Maybe I didn’t see it, but, to get down to the pool and most of the restaurants I only saw a staircase which was inconvenient to take my baby around. I did like the fact that it was right across the road from the beach, but, also somewhat far from the airport. Another positive is that they had a nice play area for the kids. My baby loved playing there. Everyone is different. Maybe you will enjoy this hotel. That is just a bit of my honest review.

The hotel is stunning absolutely beautiful for anyone really~ a lot of families with little kids, the property is huge and the grass is amazing with the palm trees and the end of the place theirs the beach so you have everything really~ plus mc and kfc next door haha

As a traveler, my stay at the Palace Resort Yalong Bay in Sanya was a wonderful experience. The resort’s location is unbeatable, with direct access to the breathtaking Yalong Bay beach, known for its white sands and clear waters. It’s also conveniently close to the La Floret shopping area, which offers plenty of dining options, from local cuisine to well-known Western chains. The room was spacious and modern, with a cozy balcony overlooking the serene pool area. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless, complete with a large bathtub that made for a relaxing end to each day. Families will appreciate the thoughtful touches like bunk beds in some rooms and the colorful indoor play areas for kids. The outdoor pool was a highlight for me, with its warm water and distinct sections for adults and children. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, featuring a wide array of local and Western options. I especially enjoyed the freshly cooked noodles and the tropical fruit selection. What made my stay truly memorable was the exceptional service from the staff, especially Jason at the front desk. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for me, offering great recommendations and always greeting me with a warm smile. His professionalism and friendliness really stood out. Overall, Palace Resort Yalong Bay is a gem. It offers comfort, convenience, and outstanding service at a great value. Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with family, it’s a fantastic choice for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in Sanya.

Let's start with the highlights: 1. Check in and check out smootly 2. Room spacious and clean 3. Breakfast is good and even with full hotel, table available (thumbs up for the management) 4. Pool area very nice, plenty of chairs to use 5. Restaurants and room service are good, pity that for dinner, available choice of BBQ area was very limited (hot pot although is a very traditional thing for Chinese, could also have a kind of Liaoning style BBQ which is totally beach highlight in any part of the world) 6. Coffee shop/bar very good 7. Cleanness of the room spot on, well done (my negative points will not come from the job made by housekeeping but for the orders they have from management) Not pleasant points: 1. No replacement of coffee/milk powder on room (it's a very cheap thing, even 2 Star hotels do that, shame on IHG) 2. No changing sheets, which i can understand in a 2/3 Star hotels but not on ones you spend more than ¥ 1.300.00/night again in my view shame on IHG with the lame excuse of environment. 3. Disposable slippers not replaced in my 4 days stay (again, even a 2/3 star hotels do that without asking for, saving little bucks is kind of lame) 4. Overall the place is kind of old, although not yet rundown, the hotel could do some kind of enhancement of exterior appearance special from swimming pool view, could be painted or washed, repair the parts broken, eliminate the metal green box on roof (of course i didn't take picture, it's an eyesore), in summary, a little effort for appearance and keep fresh and kind of exclusive (which you expect from a hotel that call themselves a resort) Do i come back? Sanya for sure, this hotel, probably not, although the staff are great, i just don't like to be in a place that i have to ask things when i paid for the service already. I'm a ihg member but i didn't book through their app, but in trip (as i found better price than their own app, just UNBELIVABLE) :)

Great stay. We booked 2 similar rooms but got a free upgrade for one of the rooms. The villa was awesome but the pool access room was also really nice, both had very easy and quick access to the beach and the staff was always kind and fast in helping us. From the stay to the buffet dinner and breakfast to the way the staff dealt with us made it a chill and relaxing trip. There were a bunch of activities we didn’t even get to do and still had lots of fun!

Amazing hotel! Very generous with their activities and toiletries etc. Decor is modern and cosy. Free snacks and drinks at lobby. Lots of activities to participate. Short walk to the beach, though we can't swim there. Wesley,our butler is amazing. He attends to our requests very promptly. The Chinese restaurant serves very yummy food too. Buffet breakfast was good too,just too crowded. But the spread is very good.

The first thing that attracted me to this hotel was the affordable prices compared to other nearby luxury hotels. It was definitely one of the better deals, and you get a very satisfactory stay in return. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful, including the front desk staff, bellhops, bartender, cleaning staff, waiters, and various other encountered staff (knowing a little Chinese helps). A staff member kept in contact with me through Wechat with its built-in translation tool, answering any questions, helping with any request, and making sure each day remained a satisfactory experience. I would like to give a special compliment to Zoey, the front desk staff member who was of great assistance; she deserves a promotion! Also, praise to the friendly and hardworking cleaning lady that is assigned to building 3, floor 5 (I don't know her name); she also deserves a bonus! The room itself is cozy, comfortable, and clean. Room service is smooth, it is very convenient to take care of any living necessities, and the pools and beach are a short walk away. There are no complaints that I have in regard to my stay. My biggest highlight is definitely the big bathtub! My only suggestion would be a single foldable lounge chair for the balcony, allowing for a person to lay down outside or for sunbathing, so it is not needed to always go to the public sunbathing areas.

The hotel is located in a tranquil bay where there are very few people. There are practically no waves in this bay even in bad weather. This allows you to swim without any problems. At the same time, you can get to the city center, markets, or shopping centers from the hotel by a very cheap taxi (from about 15 yuan) in 10-15 minutes. Or you can go out and have lunch or dinner in local cafes nearby. The hotel territory is large, where you can calmly walk and admire the views. There is a swimming pool and a cafe where you can eat and enjoy cocktails. Breakfast is organized as a buffet with a variety of dishes, where everyone can choose what they need. The rooms are very clean (cleaned twice daily) and have everything you need for a comfortable stay - robes, towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and much more. The hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help.
