Parking at the hotel is free, the front desk service is very good, and the call to get a plastic bag was responded to very quickly. The interior is clean and tidy. We were upgraded to a suite for free, which was very nice. The whole house is smart. As soon as you enter the door, you can ask Xiaodu to play music. It is near the high-speed rail station. It is also very close to shopping malls such as Joy City and Joy City. It is only about three kilometers away. In short, it is very convenient. 😀

The room is nice and the family is quite comfortable. Pickup and drop-off are also available. The housekeeper is always online. Cleaning is also timely. Because of the Spring Festival, I only stayed for 6 nights. It's not enough. I will come again next time if I have the chance.

Our transport got us to the wrong location the first time, but after calling the front desk, the reception lady was very kind to quickly zip over on an electric scooter and brought us to the correct location which was just about 100m away. There were locals staying in the apartment block too, some accommodations were rented out for tourists. Comfortable 2-room private apartment for 4 adults, with 2 rooms and double beds, 1 common shower, wash area and toilet. Kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, crockery, cutlery and some food preparation tools. Living/dining room had a TV, coffee table, 3-seater sofa, dining table and 4 chairs. Balcony had a washing machine with capsule detergent, drying rack, a couple of outdoor chairs. A nice sea view awaits with views of surrounding apartments. Morning/afternoon sun shone onto the balcony nicely, providing warmth and excellent for drying clothes. Need to request floormat at the shower area, digital lock was hard to open at times, remote for TV wasn't working but reception resolved quickly. You can link up with reception via WeChat for any queries or requests. At ground level there're just 1 or 2 grocery shops and about 3 eateries, but not very lively. About 10mins walk, you can reach a shopping mall/arcade with a very large supermarket and there you can get lots of snacks, drinks and a variety of other day to day items. Lots of eating places at the shopping mall too. Although the apartment is quite out of the way, just call DiDi as its very fast to arrive and took us to many places.

Great hotel! We stayed here for 6days it was a blessing. They change towels every day, clean the room and restock amenities.We asked them several times to take us to the beach in a different time from usual schedule and they took us there with pleasure. You can do your laundry for free, swim at pool till late hours. When you check in they give you coupons for discounts at hotel’s cafe. They even offered a taxi pick up from the airport for free. Lovely staff that tries to speak English and be helpful. The breakfast has a sandwich with fries and unlimited coffee. The hotel itself is stylish and trendy. If I ever come to Sanya I’ll prefer staying here. The distance from food/beach is about 5 min walking. Wi-Fi works perfectly!

If you come to Sanya and live in Bohou Village, you must stay at Koala! The decoration style is simple and fashionable. The design of the courtyard that upgraded us to a single-family house is very good. In the evening, several friends sit on the small stools in the courtyard to chat and eat, throwing away all the troubles in life and enjoying life in Sanya happily!

The place was beautiful and very relax for stay. The location is Just a little far from the city but if you are planning to rest and have a nice time with your family ir friends, this place is perfect. I loved the view from the balcony, the pool and sky looks really pacefully. I recomend this place💯. The service was very Nice and they guya always kind and help you with the luggages because no there elevator Also they gave me a disscount because I wanted to change the room. Very Nice 😍

Facilities: 0-distance waterfront room, the surprise is beyond expectation! The wind blowing here is the wind of Santorini. The whole Meisu is designed with blue and white tones, which is very clean and refreshing. The facilities are also new. The uncle who manages the swimming pool carefully maintains the outdoor environment here every day. The pool is bright blue, the wind in the yard is comfortable, and the cacti 🌵 are all green and pleasing. Hygiene: Every day, there is an auntie who cleans the room attentively, the bed is washed and renewed, and the room is meticulously tidied, which makes us happy 😁! Environment: The swimming pool environment in the sun is super cool to take pictures, and it feels great. It is really a great environment. It is very suitable for calming the busy and noisy heart here, washing the tired mind, and relaxing. Even if you don’t go to the beach, it is quite comfortable to stay in this courtyard compared to other accommodations around! I like the owner’s design style. Service: The front desk staff has a very good attitude. If there are some problems during the airport pick-up, they can also care and help solve them quickly from the perspective of the customer. Usually they do their own things quietly and will not disturb you much. If there are any questions, they are also very enthusiastic to help answer them. They are considerate and have a sense of boundaries. I feel that the sister Li from the Northeast is very nice. Special thanks 🧡! This place is located in the lively Bohou Night Market area. There are also delicious stalls near the Spring Festival. It is about 3 kilometers away from Sanya’s first bay-Yalong Bay. It is very convenient. Although it is next to a night market street, it is quiet in the hustle and bustle. It is not noisy at all. The location is very suitable. In my spare time, I accompany my children to Yalong Bay to play with sand and watch the sea (the best beach and the bluest water). When I am tired, I can also go home conveniently-Roy Ruoyi, this courtyard that seems to be blown by the sea breeze takes a nap, as if I am in a Greek island temple haha. Ruoyi-as if I am in a fairyland, I spend my days in comfort. This is my interpretation of it. Thanks to a friend from Hangzhou named Qinghui for the recommendation. It's great. For business travelers like us, this is the place to go. Hygiene: The room is very clean. For a person with mysophobia, it is rare to have a good sleep. The bedding is very good and of good quality. Service: The hotel service staff are very polite and will say hello to everyone they see.

Because I came here to bring my parents and stay for two days, the boss upgraded the room to a two-bedroom, one-living room apartment for free so I don’t have to sleep on the sofa. Thank you 🙏!
