Have an unforgettable stay in an apartment on the 29th floor in Dadonghai, Sanya! We have just returned from an amazing trip to Sanya, and the main star of our vacation is, of course, the apartment on the 29th floor in Dadonghai district. If you are looking for the perfect combination of comfort, convenience and spectacular views, then this is the place to be. Location: Dadonghai district is beautiful in itself, but this apartment surpasses all expectations due to its location right by the sea. Getting out of the building and onto the beach in a couple of minutes is priceless! There are many cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby, so everything you need is always at hand. View from the 29th floor: That's what it's worth going for! The windows offer an incredible panoramic view of the turquoise waters of the South China Sea, the endless beach and picturesque mountains. Every sunrise and sunset turned into a real performance, and the night city, strewn with lights, created an incredible atmosphere. The height of the 29th floor ensures that nothing obstructs the view, and the feeling of spaciousness is amazing. The apartments themselves: The apartment is very cozy, clean and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: there is a kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi. It was especially convenient for those who prefer to cook on their own.

Great location, very helpful stuff, the view is spectacular, I got one of the best rooms for best value. I had a really pleasant time staying in this hotel. Everything was perfect, fast internet, all is great.

The check in desk was very helpful, and met me even though my flight was late and I arrived close to 2:30am. The room was clean and satisfactory. The bathroom was a bit smaller than the photos. But the view from the balcony was amazing (in the photo). It’s within walking distance to the beach, less than 5 minutes, and close to all of the big tourist restaurants in Dadonghai. The location is super great.

Location is good but old . And trip says yatch for gift. But they dont give it so we annoyed. Apartments host say yatch is boring You needn’t this . But we wanted yatch

Room in Apartment. They all simular, View is a key of this place. Sea site. Serenity. Fresh air, balcony. So amazing with balcony. But room is not very clean, not cleaned well. Need to put attention on it. Reseption is OK. I often stay here for a while , but prices become higher and higher. Room is older 🙈

Difficult to find from the street. Really needs to be better instruction from the proprietor (this is not a hotel, just an accumulation of rented out or converted apartments) I stayed in the “honeymoon room”. I only wanted a cheap place to stay as all I was gonna do was play golf. It delivered in spectacular fashion, with Hello Kitty decor, I kid you not. On the plus side, it had a decent balcony. Walls were paper thin, and you could hear absolutely everything that was happening either side of you.

View was ok, didn’t see any roaches. However, the kettle was broken (and filthy, left outside), the bedding had visible mold on all of it and I got an itchy red rash all over my legs after sleeping on it.
