Firstly I’d like to highlight the concierge Zhuqionghua, he was superb, tried speaking English and was very helpful in arranging diving trips and enlightening us about knowledge for the surrounding areas. The breakfast wasn’t bad, a variety of options provided. The gym is lacking facilities, it’s very small and the location is not the most suitable. Overall the location is very good for accessing most attractions in sanya but for the price I’d recommend selecting the best rooms or else consider other options.

locating the hotel at first was a bit difficult but finally I located it, the front desk service was great the young man there spoke little English and was very helpful, he helped me locate the best seafood place, the hotel meal wasn’t that great not a wide range of options but overall it was a great experience.

I have never stayed in such a bad Hilton Garden Inn. The location is remote, there is no food around, the room is pitifully small, although the room is upgraded, it is still a small place, and the balcony door makes a harsh sound when it is opened and closed, which is unbearable. I don’t know if other balcony doors are like this, but the door of our room is so harsh! There are two advantages, one is that the breakfast is good, and the other is that the attitude of the service staff is very good, which can also make people feel better when staying.

You can see the swimming pool and lake view outside the balcony, but the weather is not very good, so you can't see the blue sky. The breakfast buffet restaurant is not bad, you can eat relatively fresh vegetables and food.
