There is also a living room with a balcony. There are 5 different rooms in this apartment, if you have a large family or company, it will be convenient to relax together.😋 Nearby there is dadonghai beach, many cafes, supermarkets and markets. If you like to swim normally, it's better to go to the neighboring beach behind two bridges. The local beach has a tiny swimming area fenced with buoys. Step left step right and brave rescuers shout not to do stupid things and return to the swimming area. There are many Russian restaurants and establishments around. Hookah parlors, pharmacies, massage parlors. In general, it's a good place, I recommend 😉

The room is very good, clean and sanitary, with many toys for children to play in the room. The boss is very enthusiastic, the location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, it takes ten minutes to walk to Dadonghai, and there are many places to eat around.

Overall I liked the hotel, but it's more like an apartment with rooms that have a shower (some don't). If guests cook in the kitchen, the smell gets everywhere, plus the doors are creaky. There is no cleaning, the Wi-Fi is very bad, only for texting a little, barely opens websites. It is on the 12th floor, the view is quite good. The room has all the amenities, the air conditioner is quiet, there is soap, shampoo and mosquito repellent. The owner is friendly, in touch, will help as much as he can. Since the hotel is in the center of Dadonghai, the beach is nearby, public transport stops are nearby, supermarkets and restaurants are nearby.

The apartment we lived in corresponds to all the descriptions, we liked everything. The owner accommodated us in an apartment of a higher category than we booked. I recommend living there with a family, a group, if you are not picky about service. Because there is no service, no cleaning, only upon check-in, the apartment is clean. Everything is within walking distance, the sea is 5 minutes at a leisurely pace, the central street is 1 minute walk, many shops and cafes are 1 minute walk from the house. For budget accommodation.

An excellent stay overall. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The first day they helped me with my bags and upgraded my room to one with a balcony, the view was very relaxing. IT IS IN THE CENTER OF Dadonghai. Everything is close, restaurants, cafes, beach. I recommend this place🙏😊

Excellent location of the apartments! Exit from the complex on 2 sides: one towards the beach (5 minutes walk), the second - to the main road. All shops, restaurants and other stalls are nearby. Responsive staff. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, the only thing is that Europeans will need to buy forks) spoons and chopsticks are available from the Chinese. This B&B is really nice. I stayed there for 10 nights when I came to Sanya. Firstly, the B&B has a prime location and convenient transportation, and most of Sanya’s popular attractions can be found nearby. Secondly, the landlord of the B&B was very enthusiastic. On the way to the airport, he introduced Sanya’s popular attractions and travel guides and answered all my questions.
